Previously had two other service providers out to fix my control board, broken damper, and clogged pipe... they couldn't get it right. Called Clarks and they nailed it professionally, properly, and timely the first time! Very happy and will use them again!
On time, Checked unit as I asked, Did NOT try to sell new system. We had an honest repair vs replace discussion. They are open to replacing if that is what I decide to do. No pressure

I called Clark's right after buying a home and discovering the AC wasn't cooling. They came out right away and were on time with every appointment. They priced and explained everything along the way, showing me readings and status updates on the system. We had to replace the whole system due to previous homeowner neglect but these guys worked for us. They put in a solid 13 hour day nonstop and stayed respectful and kind to me and my family. And the attention to detail - this is not common for much hired work anymore. Clark's went above and beyond to make things not just work good but look good and perform small parts of the job that I never would have expected. Highly recommend. They earned my business and will continue to be my go-to recommendation to anyone searching for HVAC.
We were out of town when we found out our upstairs a/c was out. We were able to have someone meet a tech at the house and got the a/c repaired same day. Will definitely use again and recommend.

From call to the tech in my driveway was 6 minutes. Brendan was excellent! Great service overall.
We had a new system installed; they were here over 15 hours. When they left, we had air, however, the quality was beyond poor. I spoke with the owner the following morning. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. During the first day of installation, at 4 pm the installation manager came out to bring a correct filter box and told me they had about another 2 hours remaining. At 7:42, I asked the installer how much longer, he told me it would take another 30ish minutes. At 9:15 when he couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, he called his manager. 2 managers came out and at 12:17 am they left. The installation manager returned at 11:30 am to correct the install. The "lead" installer (per the owner) they had here on day one did not even make sure the outdoor unit was sitting on a pad that was the correct size, he set the unit in the wrong direction, did not correctly wire the system and more. This was an absolute nightmare for us. If I could leave a separate review for the install manager, I would give him 5 stars. He was the one that came back out to correct all the problems, he was professional and nice. However, at the end of the day your money is going to the owner, and he made it clear that he didn't care about his customers. Yes, after being rude and not taking ownership of his employees and their mistakes, he did call to provide me with one update. He ended up giving us $500 off, which was an insult for what we paid and went through. My husband is a stroke survivor and sat without air for 15 hours and couldn't sleep because of workers in our home. The install manager agreed with me that this should have been a 6-to-8-hour job. The other manager asked me to wait 24 hours before leaving a review. I thought a lot about this over a weekend and decided others need to know so that the owner is held accountable for how he treats his customers. Would not recommend them to anyone! In the midst of all this, they did not keep us updated. Communication was terrible.
After researching and getting quotes. We went with Clark and we feel we made an excellent choice. The technician was on time, professional and explained everything. He completed the spring maintenance on both units and added a valve which was needed. Looking forward to many years of wonderful professional service.
Awesome service! We will highly recommend them. From initial contact until the time they arrived, trouble shot problem, repaired and serviced, less than 4 hours. That’s what we call great service. Thank you Coy!
Brandon was on time, assessed the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour. He is professional and obviously knowledgeable.
Dustin did a great job for us. We were doing proactive maintenance to prevent any issues if possible and he was very thorough! I would definitely recommend Clark’s H&A!!

Yesterday our air went out and our house got really hot really quick! Called Clark’s on a SATURDAY afternoon the tech “Johnny” answered the phone told him what happened and he said mam I am about an hour away but I can head that way now! I was like ok sure! Johnny showed up, very professional and got out air up and running within an hour! So very thankful and grateful! We were so impressed and now they have a new customer! I would highly recommend them!
Clark Heating and Air are the best. Very professional. always on time, calls before arriving. So glad we bought our Systems from Clark's. Brandon who calls on us is awesome!
The technician took the time to examine and clean the inside and outside units. He was professional, thorough and on time. I will definitely use their service again.
