JOSH was excellent my air wasn’t working since I moved in!! I never heard the sound of air come through a vent until he came through!!! Most definitely will recommend him for any job ! It literally took him 5 mins to find the problem and fixed it right away. I no longer have sweats at night SHOUT OUT JOSH !! DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE HOW HAPPY I AM ! God Bless
I can’t begin to express how impressed we are with the work performed by the Total Services team. Josh from Total Services was able to quickly and confidently diagnose and correct our HVAC problems after the large HVAC company (Ca…’s) who installed the system was incapable of doing so. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, polite and sympathetic to our situation and went far and beyond what was expected of him. Jason was also very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving our issues. Total Services has earned our patronage from here on out!

Was quoted $14 grand by a popular AC company to replace a unit and told it could NOT be fixed. Called Total Services the next day and they had the unit running in less than a hour. $100 fix!! Josh was fantastic to work with.
Excellent service. Called on Sunday morning and they came right away and repaired the A C. Will only recommend this company for heating and ac services.

This company continues to impress us. They are professional, prompt, and prepared. From the sweet, helpful lady in the office to Silas the tech who knew exactly what to do and had the part on his truck. They had us up an running 24 hours after we called and with in 20 minutes from when Silas arrived. They even had their phone number on the t-stat which is helpful when its hot and you don't want to fish for a phone number. Highly recommend them!
We have worked with Total Services since they launched –– everything from installation/replacement to repair and maintenance. I find them to be professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy as well as fairly priced. We highly recommend Total Services and thoroughly enjoy working with Travis and Lisa as well as their team. I am located all the way in pembroke. They came out an inspected my ac unit as it was not blowing cold air. My air compressor was locked up. It only took a few days for them to get the part in. Josh came out and replaced my compressor and we now have cold air again! Only took a hour! Will definitely be using them in the future.

Silas was thorough, professional, and polite. He gave me a call that he was on his way about 10 minutes before arrival. That gave me time to close our cat in the bedroom! He clearly explained what he had done with the unit - outside and in the attic. He explained how the next appointment would be scheduled in 6 months. We are relieved nothing was wrong -- but glad to know who to call if we need repairs. We will continue using Total Services for our repairs and our six months maintenance checkups!
We recently had Josh come out to service our split unit. We have a mushroom business and it is important that we are able to keep the growing environment cool which is not the easiest thing to do during summer in Savannah. We had a lot of spores building up on our coils which made it harder for our unit to cool. Josh deep cleaned everything and even took the time to show me how I could clean it myself as it's something I'll need to do somewhat frequently. Everyone from the ladies in the office, the techs and Travis the owner are very professional and helpful. We couldn't be happier by choosing Total Services. We highly recommend them.
I have used Total Services now for 7 years. Absolutely the best service in town. Josh and Kirsten are the two people we typically work with and we could not ask for any better service. I highly recommend Total Services to everyone. I have referred about 15 people to them over the years and everyone raves about the customer service. We use them for annual maintenace and for any issues that may come up. I own a business myself, and when we come up on issues on our job sites, we call Josh, no matter the time, and he is there.
