Had Gee do an inspection to find out why not cooling. Discovered freon leaks. Negotiated an agreeable price for a new unit on July 3. Installed on July 5. Workers stayed constant on the installation, good attitude, considerate and courteous. Happy with each stage of process and end product. 5 stars.
Called for an inspection and wanted unit cleaned. Air conditioner worked prior to arrival. Was given a sales pitch and tech called his supervisor out to "help." Later learned this is code for "I tore up your stuff and now need a good story to cover my a**." Took a bunch of pictures and said it would be over $10,000 to repair or $8200 to replace. After the tech left the temperature in my home shot up to over 80 degrees and the rooms in my home that were normally cool/cold are now hot. I have an asthmatic husband and pets in my home that are at risk. I've never had a situation where I called for service and ended up with an emergency situation afterwards. *Edit: they broke a valve and all the coolant leaked out. They also pried open an air chamber and left it wide open - the guy even left the knife he used to pry it open here. *Edit: adding pictures of one of the parts they damaged. After the VP replied to my BBB complaint saying to call him and he would send a senior technician out to our home, my husband and I called repeatedly and nobody will return our calls. I am assuming his response was just for show. I eventually had to call someone else to help - had two different reputable companies come out and both said the same thing...the tech tore up my valve. It cost me $1200 to repair, which, by the way, was way less than we were initially quoted. We were left with a broken air conditioner to deal with during one of the hottest weeks of the year. If you see Branson Simmons, don't let him touch your AC.

The technician, Luis, did a fantastic job. He was professional, explained things well, and quickly took care of our issue. We will definitely be using Gee in the future!

Great people and easy to work with. I’m having them install a new outside/inside unit and all brand new ductwork 6/19/2023…..update, was totally installed!! Complete overhaul and awesome work ethic. Very hard working , and since completion I’ve called them twice about situations that I wasn’t sure about and they were there the same day I called. I would recommend this company to anyone!
Very professional and thorough. The company showed up on time and the service tech was very courteous and personable. Unfortunately for me I did need a new A/C system. While it's been keeping my small house cool in the main living areas my daughter's room especially was noticably not getting air flow. A/C has been running constantly. Ducts are fine. My current system is from 1996 so I got 2 lives out of it. Also basically had almost 0 cooling agent and the one it uses was banned by EPA. Surprised it lasted 27 years. It was a good "run"😊
I saw a reply from the owner as for my four star review. I will update after my new system is installed. I will say that the tech they sent out was professional. When he encountered something he wasn't comfortable with, he called his supervisor out. His supervisor went back over everything with the technician. I believe the tech was Danny and the supervisor was Ruben. From having had to repair and replace heat pumps in the past plus the repair cost I felt I am better served replacing the system.
We got a new HVAC unit just in time for the hot and humid Georgia weather, and we are extremely pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail offered by Gee Heating and Air Conditioning. Matter of fact, it was the initial call at 7:30 am (before opening time) that gave insight to how uniquely caring this local company is. Thank you Yvette (E Vet - not sure of spelling, sorry!) for being so kind and helpful. You're the first voice of the company, and your kindness made all the difference. We set up a phone conference, and before I could turn around, I was contacted by Andrew. He is extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions. Because of his pleasant and intelligent demeanor, I agreed to have him give me a quote on a new unit. Following his visit, Andrew contacted the owner and an exceptional offer was made. You can tell Gee cares a great deal about maintaining you as a future customer, and for this I'm very grateful. The installation process was excellent, and the crew did an amazing job! We have a cool house again, THANK YOU! Most importantly, thank you for being a top-notch company who cares. I appreciate the follow-up with email flyers, and I look forward to being a customer of yours for many years to come! Blessings to each of you!
Best company ever. Called and they came out within an hour. Fixed the problem and my a/c is working again Don't deal with those other heating and air companies and have to wait days before they can get to you. GEE is by far the best out there and their people are very professional and courteous.
We absolutely recommend Gee Heating and Air. I called them in Nov 22 because my system wasn't heating. When Caleb came out, he took the time for a full inspection. The system that came with the house was 30 years old and leaking. He spelled out all the options with an exact quote for each one. We chose to replace the system, the duct work and attic insulation. During our install and subsequent maintenance, we have had the pleasure of working with Kevin, Matt, Fernando, Rodney, Jonathan, Jose, Eduardo, Leo, Seth and Marco. Each one was professional and friendly. They explained in detail everything they were doing and were exceptionally mindful of my time, my home and my children. They even explained to my very inquisitive son how each thing worked, smiling at all the never ending questions. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using them soon to replace my secondary unit.
Ontime, courteous and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more. Discovered problems with the coil. Required replacement of the coil and the outdoor condensor. The repairs were done the next day. Upgraded from 14 ser to 15.3 ser. Caleb was very respectable to my financial situation. He was believable in describing the problems they found. I had no doubt about what he told me. He recommend two options. I selected one of the options and he guided me to a 18.month no-interest payment plan. I wa approved within minutes and two technicians intalled a new coil and outdoor condensor the following day. It took less than four hours since they knew what they were doing.
Professional, courteous, & personable... Marco and his team are great and then some, their expertise and knowledge are above par, we continue to use Gee Heating and Air with any system concerns 😀
They are amazing with service and information. Especially Jesse. Good-hearted guy. Very kind and patient with customers who are novice with information. Makes sure s you understand everything. Physically shows you your problem instead of just telling you what's wrong. Very friendly. Doesn't make you feel like you are stupid for not knowing what you are getting into. A1 service in opinion. The people at Gee are very professional, people oriented and really care about their customers. Jesse Navarro has been pleasant to work with and every one else who has came after has also been great. 👍 Isidro, Pete, his son & the rest of the install crew were great!
We have used Gee AC for maintenance and a new ac system. Always on time and super professional. Seth Rebollat was our technician with our most recent maintenance visit. He was very kind and knowledgeable . Would definitely recommend Gee.
This was our first time using Gee Heating and Air. They were very helpful in getting the appointment scheduled. Brandon (the tech) called me when he was on his way. He showed up right on time and did the summer maintenance. He explained what he did and also a special the company is running. So we signed up for the winter maintenance. Overall it was a quick and easy experience. We will be using them in the future!
Louis is well organized and did the seasonal checkup on our cooling system. He is knowledgeable of the things to check and will give you a thourough assessment of all the things that need attention soon and was able to give guotes on anything I was interested in getting done. He gains Your trust by offering what he's there to do and explains and answers all questions.. Louis never seemed to hurry,like some Techs seem to do so they can get on to the next job. I highly recommend Gee Heating and Air to anyone. Andrei was promptly on time and courteous the entire time. He quickly identified the root cause of the problem, took the time to explain the issue in detail, and gave me an honest list of options for resolution. It was an eye-opening experience for me since another company came out earlier in the day has said that my unit was beyond help, so my only option was a complete replacement. While Andrei was on site, the previous company sent the sales rep to my house when my unit was operational again. It was a truly hilarious sight. I thank Gee Heating and Air for being professional and providing honest service.
