We had a whole duct install done recently and the guys from Head Heating and Air did a great job! When I first met Randy, I knew instantly he was the man for the job. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done with details that I could understand. Very personable team. I cancelled all other quotes I had scheduled and hired them. They got the job done quicker than originally estimated. They even called on their lunch break to see if they could bring me something back to eat since I was home. I can’t say enough good things about this company and we will continue to call them for any of our future needs. They went above and beyond! Thanks guys!

Greg was able to come walk through our remodel/new construction homesite to assist us in laying out the best options for air returns and vents. He made suggestions and assessments I wouldn't have considered on my own. The install team was cordial, responsive and even cleaned up ! Very thankful they were able to do our entire new system!

They are the best a/c service I’ve ever used my unit went out two weeks ago. The owner brought us a window unit the very next day and within two weeks they are here replacing my unit. Thank you Head heating and air for everything. We are so grateful to have y’all in our town.

On January 25, 2022 I was having intermittent problems with my heating system during the prior week. It seemed to be working OK for a while and then the house would be cold. Terrance, the Head HVAC technician, answered the call and we discussed the problem at length. Terrance then excused himself to research the problem. He came back about 15-20 minutes later and said that everything checked out except for a loose connection on the control board. He corrected and said that should fix the problem but if not, call back and they would then know to change out the board. Now three days later, there does not seem to be any problems since the system is running as expected. The POINT THAT I WANT TO EMPHASIZE is the Terrance took the time to diagnose (or trouble shoot) the problem and rather than make a blind change out of the control board, he solved the problem without a great expense. Too many technicians today are change out artist. They find it easier to just change out the supposed problem rather than take the time to find the problem. Sometimes this requires another trip out to fix the original problem at a greater expense. TERRANCE did a fine job and needs to be commended for his diagnostic abilities.
Good price on a new HVAC system. A friend in Byron said she found them to be "very competitive" on price also. Competent and professional management and technicians. All questions were answered before we went ahead with the installation. The system has been installed 8 months now, and been through the heat of summer and winter temps into the upper 20s, no problems. I also like the community support I've seen Head Heating and Air involved in. Great people here!

Greg and his staff, both field technicians and office staff are always polite, professional, and act with an appreciated sense of urgency. They don’t make unnecessary repairs and get you up and running in now time. Thank you for all your work and keep it up!

I called them at 6pm after they had closed and it was Greg’s day off. I told them my AC was set to 70 degrees but it was 79 inside my house. Greg said he’d be right over! That’s amazing to me! The other AC companies haven’t even called me back.

When a company I had used in the past was unable to help me, a family member recommended Head Heating and AC. I called them as soon as they opened and was immediately met with assistance and professionalism. They acted with a sense of urgency like I was their main priority. They set me up with a service technician, Brian, later that day, as they were very understanding of my work schedule. Brian contacted me when he was on his way to my house as promised, and by the time I arrived, he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was very happy with the how Head Heating and Air Conditioning took on a brand new client. They were responsive, affordable, and very friendly and professional. I highly recommend using Head Heating and Air Conditioning in Forsyth, Georgia.
