Ordered a service call. Read the reviews. Contacted a reviewer, who informed me that the owner refused to refund his deposit. So I chose not to use this company.
Steve is a liar and dishonest business man. He tried to overcharge me for repairs according to 2 other repair person's that I checked with after him. . I paid him for his diagnostic and a deposit. Now he refuses to answer me or return my deposit. Even though he said he would. Not to mention it was less than 24 hrs that I called him and said I wanted to go another direction. He missed 1 appointment totally (nocall or show) and almost an hour late the second time.

Do NOT hire this man - he’s a slick talker and a SCAMMER. I’ve never had a more unprofessional experience hiring for repairs on any of my rental properties than with this man - BEWARE - if you question him on anything, in any way, he will make a scene, scream in your face, and get dangerous/ aggressive.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. because he doesn't know what he is going to do or he is a dishonest person. he did not come on time. when he came to me next day, he tried to rip me off, less than 5 minute he told me to pay $450.52 in advance to order a parts . I had repairs done less than $150.00. my issue was cleaning the coil and put some of Freon.

These guys are great , Steve the owner is such a professional guy and his his work crew was very professional and finished our New Air Conditioning system installation the same day , I am very impressed!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had repairs done on three projects in my home dishwasher installed, hot water heater replaced and faucet replaced on tub shower combo. He didn't arrive until 6pm and stayed until around 11pm. Said he had problems with the trouble getting the shower faucet. Promised to come back following day instead another technician came around 11am looked at the job took my Home Depo card to cover materials and promised to return later that day. I told Steve that I had appointment in the late afternoon but he and the other person showed up late afternoon anyway. Steve was there when the other technician returned and they were arguing and appeared ready to fight in my front yard. The next day Steve came back to work on shower faucet but didn't finish. Steve demanded to be paid when the job was not finished. I did pay him without completing the job. Yelling and screaming that I didn't give him any respect.Unprofessional and threatening behavior. I was charged $1,800 for labor which I feel was a rip off. I had to call another plumbing company to finish the job because I didn't feel comfortable with him coming back to my home. I'm 70 years old and never experienced this type of treatment from someone who initially presented himself as ethical and professional.
The best plug for all main repair like tap installation, drain cleaning, shower installation, heating system maintenance etc. They're very responsive, professional, good value and above all good quality
Mr. Stephen Jackson was awesome. He was very professional and kind. He knew exactly the issue and fixed it. No run around in circles. As a single women who often gets over charged. This was definitely a great experience and I will definitely use him and his company again!!
