Communication with the office staff wa aa pleasure and the guys that came to install our unit were here first thing on the morning of install. Our heat and ac is working great and we are happy with our experience and service
We called Pruett two (2) years ago as recommended by a neighbor. Our system is twenty-five years old. We have had an amazing experience each time the technician came out. Very thorough diagnostics and they only fix what we need to have fixed. Highly recommend them. Casey came out today. He is an excellent ambassador for the Pruett company! We will buy our new system from Pruett!!! Many thanx!!!

Pruitt is one of the most professional and best companies I have ever seen. They went beyond what they had to do to get my air-conditioning repaired. They not only got the part that was needed as soon as possible, they came to my house and worked till after 8:00 that night. They showed me that they truly care about their customers.
I'm very happy with the service that was provided. Casey was very pleasant, kind, and professional. He answered all my questions, and provided helpful solutions to one of the issue. I'm very thankful that Casey was able to get my unit cooling again.

Very pleased men working in 105 temperture were very polite professional got work done .house is coold today and last night could sleep .I would recommend pruitt heating and air if u need a central unit.
The staff at Pruett are amazing. From the phone interaction all the way to the service provided in our home by Holden. We will definitely be calling Pruett for our future service needs. We called in within an hour they had someone there.
I have been impressed with Pruett’s timeliness and professionalism both in installing our system, and then repairing it years later. Tony went above and beyond to meet our needs in both instances, and stayed in constant communication with us regarding expected time frames. I highly recommend Tony and the rest of the team. Eastman is blessed to have this top-notch company right here at home.

We have used Pruett multiple times for total replacement of our HVAC units and also used them to help repair and replace some duct work. Every time we have used them they have been prompt and completed everything we agreed upon in a timely manor and also went over and above to ensure that the job was completed properly. We even had a contractor at our house recently working on something else and he actually asked me who did my ductwork, he said it was some of the best he had seen. Keith Dix and Lance Pruett both have been extremely helpful.

Pruett has been our "go to" HVAC service company since we bought our house 10 years ago. Their service is always spot on and, if needed, their emergency service is fast and effective. Our last maintenance check was performed by their technician, Casey. He gave us the most though and comprehensive maintenance check I have seen. I was glad to have his expertise on the job and have requested his services on our next maintenance call. Thanks Casey and Pruett for a job well done and the peace of mind that goes with it.
They were quick to return my call and it was on a weekend. They were also quick to fix what was wrong.
