Had the pleasure of meeting with Jordan Scearce today. Very professional, efficient, and did his best to get us the best deal. Most of all, our dogs loved him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Antonio was on time. Very nice man. Worked very hard to make sure I had what I needed. If ever I need this company again. I only want Antonio. Such a pleasure having a gentleman working for me. I just can't say enough about this man.
We had a leak in our garage wall. We didn't know if it came from the AC or the upstairs plumbing. Masen performed a thorough investigation and we determined the AC drain line had been pierced by a nail from siding work We had done. We were able to approach the other company and used Masen's finding to initiate some warranty work. While Masen was here. He checked out the rest of our plumbing and noticed a few thing for future concern consistent with some issues we're having. He gave us some quotes, but no pressure. Jordan Air has earned our trust.
Took the time to help us diagnose our humidity problem. Very knowledgeable and kind.

AC Unit was due a free check up and the unit failed. William came out and found a loose wire, fixed it and got us cool again.

Keith was very polite and friendly. He did a thorough job checking out the plumbing. As a bonus my dog had fun with him.
Keith was great—timely, professional, friendly, helpful. He fixed our gas leaks quickly and also disconnected our dishwasher in advance of the new one being delivered.

Very timely, professional, and friendly. We had a problem with our well (water just shut off). Needed a new switch and the guys took care of everything. Price value was good, and the whole thing went as well as it could. Really appreciate the help and will definitely use them again! Had them out again to help with a plumbing issue with the septic system, and luckily it turned out to just be a clog near the tank. Very glad I called them once again as the professionalism and quality of service was excellent once again. This year they are installing a new heating and cooling unit, they were able to help us get financing for it as well.
Today was a great day I had some pipes replaced in my crawlspace with Tim Cox & Dustin Patrick they showed professionalism, promptness & the work was performed in a timely manner..I'm overwhelmed with satisfaction. Thanks again Jordan Heating & Air

Highly recommend Jordan Air and Plumbing. They replaced an old hot water heater and addressed the water pressure problem.
Jordan Air was there when needed in a timely manner to repair a main water line failure to my house. They were there same day I called them to isolate the leak, then came back the next day to install a temporary line. Followed several days later to have a new line bored in under the driveway thus avoiding cutting out the concrete driveway and not disturbing the lawn. They always followed up checking on their service peoples work and correcting to my satisfaction.
It saddens me to write this review. My family used to really like Jordan Heating and Air and Plumbing. Just four years ago we would recommend this company to everyone. They had done an amazing job at our own house with plumbing and a new a/c unit along with the duct work. However, things have changed in the past few months. We have learned that they really don’t have 24/7 emergency service as advertised. My mother purchased a new HVAC unit from Jordan last April. It has now broken down twice within a year. Yesterday despite my mother starting to contact Jordan Air on 6/18/2023 at 11am to report her system was not working, no one returned her calls or came out to fix her unit. They had record of her calling but no one returned her calls. She left three different messages as no one answered the phones. It wasn't until I was made aware of the situation at 6:30pm that I attempted to reached out to them. Someone did answer the phone when I called and they were super sweet and showed concern over my mother not being able to reach them. They stated that they weren't sure why her phone calls were not answered, but they would forward the call to those in charge of sending the technicians out. The scheduling lady informed my mother that after my mom has tried to contact Jordan Air multiple times throughout the day, that they couldn't send a technician out to look at her unit until today, 06/19/2023. My mother is a part of the Super Air club and should have received much better service. Due to her health she runs a very real chance of getting hospitalized if she gets too hot. This is why she specifically went with Jordan because she needed a company she could rely on. When the scheduling lady called my mother and told her there was going to be a service charge for the repair man to come out, my mom was very polite about it. She simply said no she wouldn't be paying it. I called back a second time to see if a window unit could be provided to her last night. The same lady ca
This was the best service I have received from Jordan Air. This time, I got a guy out who didn't try to upsell me or show me what needs to be replaced. The guy who came on in the fall tried say I needed to have my air conditioner cleaned but couldn't show me where it was dirty because I had purchased it 6 months prior.
Highly recommend Jordan Air! McKyle came today and he was professional, patient with our questions and highly efficient! We’ve used Jordan Air for several years as we’ve watched the business grow and will continue our journey with them!
