I called All Air with a problem with an upstairs bonus room not cooling properly. They were able to get an appt for me the next day! They were on time, very professional, very knowledgeable and gave me the best options to fix the problem. 10/10 recommendation!
I've been a customer of All Air for several years and they are the BEST! After moving into my current house (5 years ago), the upstairs of our split level home, where the bedrooms are located, were very warm and uncomfortable. Sleeping while hot is a very undesirable situation, so I called All Air to see what could be done. Jim came out and did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue and gave his expert solution. They ended up replacing all the duct work and installing a whole home system. The entire home is comfortable and the days of having uncomfortable sleeping are over. All Air also takes care of my maintenance 2 times a year. They are always professional, friendly, on-time and do great work. I'm so glad I found them years ago and I always recommend them. Very happy customer!
Jason, Katie, Jim and the whole team are among the best and most professional vendors I have worked with. I have had terrible experiences with my HVAC but each challenging problem they met with clear, and direct methods of completing work and really helped me understand what they were doing, and how I could prevent future issues. Anyone with HVAC systems should call them even just for maintenance. You will be so glad you did!
Everyone was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. They not only determined the fault in our system but the cause of the fault. They replaced our outdoor unit and the refrigerant lines feeding it for a fair price and in a timely manner. If you are looking for an honest company that is super easy to deal with then you cannot do any better than All Air.
EDIT!!! - The owner, Jason, called me personally to reach out to me about my complaints, and he made it right. Jim was able to get out to my house within a very respectable timeframe, and he was very knowledgeable and thorough. I am very glad that I gave them a second chance. These folks cancelled an appointment that I had with them for over a week just because one of their competitors was parked outside of my house. He was not in my house or on my property at all, just parked out by the curb, but apparently they are so afraid of competition that they will flat out cancel an appoint for no other reason than one of their competitors is within 100' feet of them.
I highly recommend All Air. My technician Jim, arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable about my older furnace. He checked everything out, made recommendations and gave good advice on potential upgrade. Suggested an Air Care Membership that offered me exactly the service I need regularly for about the same price as a service call. Many thanks to All Air.

Used this company for an a/c tune up which was performed by Jim who was really great. He recognized the limitations associated with an older unit so he was very reasonable and did not nitpick anything. He was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy which we appreciated. They charged about $40 more than another company I looked into but they did a ton more checks on the unit that made them worth the extra price tag. Joey came out to replace one of our tubings that had actually been slowly cut into over time due to poor installation. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the replacement. I really appreciated his patience waiting for me to put my kids down for a nap before talking to me about what he did instead of interrupting me. This company has been nothing short of amazing and we look forward to using them again in January when we are ready to replace our lower unit (we had 2 a/c units). Enthusiastically recommend.

I used All Air for my annual HVAC services and last visit was a shocker. Two leaky A/Cs. Jim gave me my estimates with various options. Repair/replace/what SEER/etc. Good recommendations. Did some comparison estimates and when apples compared to apples All Air was not the cheapest (by a neglibible amount) but by far had the best reputation and the company communication is amazing. Today they finished installing two units. Brian and DJ were the installers and I don't remember having better techs. They were (well, still are) articulate, pleasant, professional perfectionists. The completed units are functioning well and the install looks excellent too. So, I am ultimately extremely pleased with the units and the installation.

Worked with several HVAC firms around Atlanta and All Air is comfortably the best. Katie is very quick and communicative on service requests, the technicians are professional and capable and the work is to a high standard - and competitively priced. Very happy to recommend All Air!
Great company and service. Our HVAC system died at the end of spring and All Air was there to help. The owner Jason Denny came and quoted us prices on quite a few different systems and options. He was very honest and there was no sales pressure to pick the most expensive or something we couldn't afford. The system we chose is great and the team that did our install were very polite and professional. Not only was Jason there at the beginning of or process he also was there after the installation to answer any questions about the running and working of the systems. In addition we also got to meet the representative from the hvac systems company too. We love our new system. Thank you to everyone at All Air that helped us with our HVAC. You guys are the best!!
Worked with a guy in my building to do a joint installation with a bunch of other units. Price was the cheapest of the three or four companies we looked at, communication was great and, a week in, the new AC is fantastic. Top recommendation.
I worked with Jason Denny and he was great! I received a text when he was on his way and all of the invoicing, pictures and paperwork from the visit via email after my appointment. Jason was very informative and not pushy. My unit is 22 years old but he made sure to educate me on what I would need to do to keep it running as well as long term expectations, rather than sell me on replacing it. He also has a lot of experience working with HVAC units that are located on the roof of the building which is not easy to find. Would definitely recommend contacting them for any HVAC needs.
