I can’t say enough good things Amanda was so helpful getting our new system installed they even let me borrow a window unit for a few days so it was a decent temp in our home installed a new system in 4 hours and runs amazing.
They were able to come the same day and fix my unit. Highly recommend!

Great work & excellent customer service/ relationships
A/C system not blowing cold air. Tech arrived less than one hour after calling for service, and had the system up and working within an hour. Tech replaced defective parts and checked complete system and the bill was less than expected. Thank you very much for the prompt service. I will call you again if I have any other A/C system problems...

Tristan and Jake did a great job getting my ac back up and running. Answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. Will call them next time if there turns out to be a huge leak somewhere
Service Technician caused system damage. System working perfectly before visit. Requested service technician to clean/wash coils only on evaporative and condenser. I pointed out to technician that outside condenser had damage from dog on corner of unit, but reminded him unit was running good. The damage was not affecting coil. Technician tried installing new capacitors and selling me new ones at significant up charges. $12 replacement price at local supply house versus technician sell price of $78. Technician showed frustration when I refused to buy the new capacitors from him. Requested him to reinstall original capacitor. Reminded him that I just needed coils washed. When he showed me original capacitor obvious damage to terminals could be seen when he removed terminals. Had to go 30 minutes round trip to get new capacitor. Technician very frustrated. On my return technician stated there was rust on my evaporative coils and damage on my condenser coil. I told him I understood. To please only wash coils. While inside I heard knocking noises. Upon inspecting the noise I found technician attempting to remove rust with wire brush or other tool. I requested him to immediately to stop. Reminded him again that I needed the coils washed and cleaned that I did not want my coils to be damaged. He was very frustrated. Unsolicited he added two pounds of refrigerant without my approval. +$200 up charge. He stated unit was low on charge. I asked him how he knew 2 pounds were added without using a refrigerant scale. Technician visibly upset with me. Unit not cooling 2 weeks later. Multiple phone calls to office. Dispatched another technician to my house. They refused to work on system. Multiple phones and left voicemails. Requesting owner to call me. Owner finally calls back after 2 days. Tried selling me a new unit to replace my 12 year old unit. After much disagreement on technician performance and methods we got off the phone. Company adm

Repaired it for us first, advising this older a/c first floor unit, may last a while. This was said, after being told by a prior company this first floor unit was shot. However we decided to change out the unit, as we had two a/c units and if the other second floor unit went, at the same time in the future, it would be doubly expensive to do both at the same time. They replaced with a Trane. Polite, on time, professional and did a terrific job at a reasonable price, for a quality system. We saw savings after the first month on this Trane. Quiet and the right size for the first floor. Went through JEMC for our loan. Very reasonable interest. This family owned/run business, was very prompt with sending paperwork in to JEMC. Will have them do the second unit when it fails. Thanks guys and to Amanda as well, in the office!!!
