David did the repair yesterday when he was just coming out to give a quote. He only charged for the quote charge. Something else went wrong today and he came back out to repair. No charge. David took his time explaining what was going on and did the additional repair. He took ownership of the problem, and it is appreciated.

Robert was very respectful and explained everything he was doing. Once installed he explained how to properly use it. Best of all he cleaned up and left our house as it was before he arrived. I will definitely use this company again. Love the new hot water heater!

Ellison went WAY out of his way to repair our HVAC. First of all, for much of the day he was working by himself. He had to wrestle the coil unit for our AC up into the attic alone-not an easy task. When glitches in the job occurred, he was left to handle them on his own-which he did admirably. Finally, he ended up staying at our house until 7:30p.m. In order to complete the job. This is an outstanding and responsible young man with a great work ethic. As long as Dyess continues to employ people like Ellison they will be a 5 star company. Hopefully Ellison is compensated for his efforts.

Cody was very polite and professional. I called today with a problem and received service in a matter of hours. Other companies we dealt with in the past have deducted the service call to the final invoice, but Dyess Air charges service charge up front to diagnose the problem and then the full invoice for the repair Kaleb was polite and explained everything he was going to do before he started work. I called on the weekend and left a message and got a callback Monday morning and Kaleb came out today (Monday) and made repairs. He had the parts on the truck and didn’t have to wait for him to order the parts. Kaleb was very professional.
My service technician Westly was professional and courteous. Couldn’t ask for better service technician.
