The service I received on the last visit was absolutely terrible. I never received an estimate to repair my system nor was I told what was wrong with it. This is after the second service call to fix the same problem I had initially. The attempt to fix it didn’t work the 1st time. Then an installation tech showed up unexpectedly after I’ve cancelled the appointment. He also did not give me a quote for installation. The service techs were very nice people but my problem was never fixed nor was a resolution given with any estimate. The worst is that I called requesting a second opinion which is listed on their website. I had No follow up or call back from customer service after an appointment was given and a NO SHOW. Then I was brushed off. The person answering the phone didn’t know the name of any tech managers or cs manager nor did she know phone number to main or corporate office. The worst customer service I ever received.

Will, Brad, Zach and all the staff at Clout worked hard to take care of the involved details in installing our new HVAC heat pump unit (which is cooling very nicely and doing so whisper quiet compared to our old unit). Preston's maintenance visit a year later went smoothly. Preston gave clear explanations of what he was doing, along with helpful maintenance tips and was overall very kind and thoughtful.
Chase provided outstanding service and got the issue fixed quickly.

Great company. I really like all the technicians I have encountered. Very professional. They did a complete install for me and I’m very pleased with that decision. And, there are also some scheduling issues and the filters for my particular unit never seem to be in stock. It takes a while to get proper filter. Overall 👍🏼 thumbs up!
I recently noticed a mold/mildew smell coming from one of our floor vents and my wife and daughter were having allergic symptoms and so I called Clout to setup an initial appointment. They gave me a window between 12-5 for someone to come 2.5 days later for an air quality assessment. On the day they were supposed to come, it got to be 3:30 so I called to check on the status and see if the tech was still coming or if we needed to reschedule. I was told that the tech would reach out to me with an ETA. This did not happen. At around 5:10pm I called again and Clout told me "sorry, we think we will have to reschedule". I said okay, can we reschedule for the next day? I was again told that the scheduler would call me to setup an appointment and again I heard nothing. Here we are 4 days later and still no communication on if/when they will be able to come. I understand if you're busy or if you're having staffing issues, but the communication was about as poor as it could possibly be. Luckily another local HVAC company was able to come out the same day, diagnose the issue, provide a proposal, and perform the work, all before Clout even found the time to call me back to setup an initial appointment. I'm still waiting on the call back. Would stay away from these folks as there are other local companies that are more prompt and provide much better communication.
Paid $180 for a diagnosis of our ac problem which was great! However the following appointment, (to actually deal with the issue) - nobody showed during the scheduled day. I was ensured the tech was running behind, but ended up waiting all day for nobody to come. There wasn’t a cancelation email or phone call. The dispatcher never sent anyone. It was a complete waste of almost $200 & a whole day of waiting.
Promptly came out and gave us a price and then promptly performed the install. Very high quality workmanship and great decisions on how and where to install lines wiring and equipment
Brad appeared to be in a bad mood and got an attitude when I decided the price was too steep for me.
Installed new HVAC for my house and came to do scheduled maintenance. Clout sent me an email to remind me of my routine maintenance and the team came within a few days to complete the maintenance. On time, professional, and seamless service.

Hired them a year ago to install a new HVAC system. They seemed friendly and thorough, plus their prices were comparable with the other companies that provided quotes. After install, they had to come back multiple times to fix things that were missed on install day. Their excuse: "it was a hot day." My ceiling was also damaged, which they told me they would repair. The ceiling is still damaged, and they even called me two months ago to let me know they had hired a new contractor, and it would get done. I called today to schedule a service, which is included in the purchase of my system, and check on the status of my ceiling repair, and now my number is listed as "spam." As I said, they are friendly (Zach was always nice and competent), but I'd rather have accountability and reliability. Sucks it ended up like this.
Chase was very friendly and informative. Found this issue within 10 minutes and was able to repair it once he had the parts from the shop. Thanks Chase!
Clout heating and air is the best air-conditioning company! They are very professional, and all of their technicians are professional and provide excellent service and customer service. I would not buy a heating and air-conditioning system from no other company but Clout.

Have been using Clout Heating & Air ever since we bought our home in 2021 and have nothing but positive things to say. They are always very responsive and very helpful. They have my best interest in mind and I never feel as though they are being anything but genuine when servicing my system.
Update 2: Wadi has been coming out to service our unit for the last year and is fantastic! Super responsive, asks about needs and issues, and makes sure everything is running as best as possible. Update: continuing on in our service venture with Clout and I expect we'll be life long customers at this point! Brad has balanced our system once and come out to service it during a separate appointment -- both times we couldn't have been happier with the results! We noticed an immediate (and HUGE) difference when Clout came out to balance our a/c system, as we were having trouble getting cool air upstairs in our house and our summer service left us with the peace of mind that our system will keep running smoothly as we enter the hottest time of year. Again, between service, kindness, and knowledge -- A+ in our book (or, worth every Star in a google review). My partner and I finally fulfilled the dream of buying our first home, only to discover that we had to completely change out the air ducts due to damaged asbestos tape. This was a panic-inducing task as first-time homeowners. After a few different quotes and a bit of research, I found Clout Home Services. Preston and Brad came out the same day I contacted the company and were able to access the older home (it's a 1960's split-level) and determine what needed to be done to increase/improve the airflow and air quality in house. They both were very kind, honest, hilarious (much needed when dealing with home-construction anxiety), and extremely knowledgeable. They also knew we were dealing with a tight schedule with other contractors and were able to get in the next week to install the ducts. Outside of the fantastic job they did with the ducts, I'm also very grateful for their patience and communication. I've had a lot of questions about this entire process, as I want to understand the basics of HVAC systems so we can take care of ours. Brad and Preston have gone above and beyond in terms of communication and clarity.
