Had my regularly scheduled checkup for this Summer. My techs were really clean, personable and professional. Told me all was well with my downstairs unit and gave me a bunch of things I could do to maximize the life of my units. He went right to work on these proactive measures, explained everything along the way, and my units should be good to go for the foreseeable future. My upstairs system on the other hand had to have the evaporator coils and the outside compressor replaced. The install techs showed up at the time and date we agreed to and got my new unit up and running! I would highly recommend Wright Built and especially my preventative maintenances team. They took the time to review all my options and offered multiple solutions. I can't say enough good things about the entire team from the bi-annual technician, Candice in customer service and the installation team. I'd recommend this group to anyone looking for HVAC needs.
Techinician was prompt and friendly. He took the time to explain what was wrong, what he could do to fix it, and what I could do to prevent it from occurring again. He was great!
We've used Wright-Bilt in our building for years. They're first class.
Used by builder to install hvac system. Installed single unit dual zone Carrier system. Too small a unit, maxed out on our square footage and uses special fitting air filters that start at $10 a piece. Duct work is a mess and wastes half the space in my attic. It would cost $5k to fix it along with installing junction boxes that are the correct size for unit. Came out 3 times in the first month to fix a faulty wiring issue. The 4th time I called I was 5 days out of original warranty and they wanted to charge. No thanks... Another local company came out, corrected wiring, and replaced same board that was already replaced. Stay away! Not the only one with hvac issues in a brand new home.
