The only thing this firm did of value was at least call back on the phone. It took more than 5 days to confirm a time for that HVAC repair. Form the date of confirmation to the actual service provided was 6 days further out. Then today ... 3 days from the date of confirmation... they called to delay it another day. I called a competitor HVAC Service Provider and they are repairing the HVAC as I write this... less than 24 hours from the time I first called them. In addition to delays, all the Clockwork's manager kept repeating over and over was "how few are qualified to work" and that "I am lucky to have Clockwork to do the work." Unless you are a long-term customer of Clockwork, do not attempt to do business with them. You are able to get better service quicker with the competition!
👍 Fast, reliable, honest and extremely professional. I am super busy, so I don't have a lot of extra time... especially to write reviews, but with a business like Clockwork, I like to give credit where credit is due. This was the second time I've needed them on a weekend and they came through again! I went on their website and sent a message for service on a Saturday night, received a response from Linda within the hour. Their first available appointment was the following day, Sunday at 1pm. Got a call from Linda Sunday at 12:15 pm. 45 minutes early, wanted to know would I like the tech to come early... I said yes, please! Tyler, the same awesome tech from our first issue, was working on the AC 15 minutes later... solved the problem, and fixed it in 15 minutes. AC is working great! He cleaned out all lines and pipes and doubled checked everything to make sure it was was all running properly! Excellent service! I will use Clockwork every time I have an HVAC issue! Thank you Clockwork, and thank you Linda and Tyler! 🙏
I've used Clockwork twice now and both times I had a great experience! Their staff are always friendly and professional. Shout out to the tech Logan who helped me out both times. He was fantastic and really took the time to explain what was going on and why he made the recommendations he had. I feel that Clockwork is a very honest business. They never made me feel like I was being upsold or taken advantage of which has made me a loyal customer. Thanks!
A fantastic HVAC service experience with technician Tyler Tocci! We had some problems with a new Nest thermostat I had installed. Tyler corrected the issue (even though Clockwork didn't install new Nest thermostats) and verified the efficiency of our HVAC system. I was so impressed with the service that we signed up for yearly maintenance.
I had an issue with our A/C system not cooling properly so I called Clockwork Heating & Air Conditioning, spoke with Linda (who is fabulous), and was able to schedule a tech to come out and check my system the next day. This company sends you a text message with a photo and description of the technician who will be coming to work on your system - which is a nice feature. The technician (who I can’t say enough positive things about!) that serviced our system was Logan Johnson. Logan was polite, professional, patient, honest, and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the consultative approach from Logan - I asked a lot of questions and he never once seemed to be inconvenienced, but instead relished in the opportunity to educate me on all things HVAC. Because of his approach I genuinely felt like I was part of the entire process from start to finish – I never once felt like I was being upsold or that anything was being pushed on me. Logan listened to my concerns, checked my system to identify any issues/problems – clearly communicating along the way why and what he was doing, offered an honest evaluation, and provided multiple solutions for my concerns/problems. Logan treated me like a long-standing valued customer, and I trusted the information that he gave me. Because of my experience and interaction with Logan today, I feel confident that I am in good hands with Clockwork Heating & Air Conditioning! I look forward to being a loyal Club Membership customer for many years to come! I can’t recommend this company enough – especially if you are looking for an HVAC company that operates with honesty and integrity as well as values building relationships with their customers!
Heating went out on Christmas Eve, 2022 during the arctic blast when temps were hovering around zero. I had a PM contract with another local company but they told me they were booked and didn't know anytime soon they would be able to come out. I called Clockwork the day after Christmas and they said they too were booked but would try to work me in. The next morning they were out at 8 am and had the issue resolved by 9. They were so good I signed up for a new annual PM agreement with them right on the spot. They also followed up the next day for any issues and whether I was satisfied. So glad to be with a reliable local company so close by. Thank you, Clockwork!
Highly recommend this wonderful company! Clockwork came to the rescue in a matter of hours for an issue with the HVAC. They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond once the repair was completed to make sure all else was running smoothly with my system. Everyone we spoke with was kind and willing to help. Clockwork has definitely gained new customers in us and we are grateful for this top notch company!
Been working with Clockwork now for a couple years and couldn't be happier with them. The person who scheduled the service and the technician who came to the house were both professional, polite and friendly. They were able to schedule me the next day. They kept me updated on when the technician would be there including a call when he was on the way. They checked the system and determined the problem and was able to fix it right away. They gave an honest evaluation of my current system, answered my questions with good information, and didn't try to upsell me on other services or equipment. Highly recommend them.

I called Clockwork Saturday morning after my AC went out late Friday evening. Mr. Mack Chambers Sr arrived early afternoon, determined that the blower went out (they happened to have one in stock) and he had my AC working by late afternoon. Mrs. Linda Chambers provided excellent customer service and kept me updated through the entire process. I highly recommend calling Clockwork Heating & Air.

Excellent service and excellent people! Their technicians have always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Even during the heat of summer, they were able to schedule an urgent visit. Their schedulers have been awesome to work with! I really appreciate that you can opt in for a text message to introduce the technician, send a picture of who is coming, and to confirm the upcoming appointment. Their technicians have been great at explaining the issues they find and their proposed solutions. Their pricing has been fair and competitive. I wish I had used them earlier than I did! I have talked with one of the owners, Linda, several times and she has gone above and beyond with service and follow-up calls. They really are the most professional service group I've dealt with in a long time. Great communicators. Shout out to Tyler for his great service calls too! Can't recommend them more highly.
Needed an A/C company quick on a weekend and they came right over. Mack Chambers Sr. was very knowledgable and professional and not only fixed the issue but explained everything he did too. Since I am new to Athens I'm glad I found the right company and will be a customer for life.

I was able to consult in clockwork Heating and A/C in order to get a second opinion for a family member who was upsold on service, and the technician gave me some quality feedback concerning furnace heating, ventilation and atmospheric pressure and duct sealing to avoid moisture build. Excellent Experience; Always! In 2016 Clockwork Heating & Air Conditioning installed-replaced the 2nd floor HVAC unit at our home, and has since serviced all aspects of our home's HVAC system (1st floor unit and 2nd floor unit). I am always impressed-pleased by the responsive high-quality service-work they provide.
