This is the third time I have used this company for various issues with my HVAC system. I have to say, these guys are great! Mike has been out the last two times and is wonderful. His troubleshooting and diagnosing of a problem has continued to build my confidence in using this company. And I have to say, I was surprised at how reasonable the invoice was! Thank you for the great service all the way around!

This place is strictly a Monday through Friday operation. So if your 7K unit fails you on a Saturday morning, your hosed until they answer the phone on Monday morning.
Fantastic service! Technician was thorough, diagnosed the issue that previous HVAC companies could not identify, and repaired our HVAC system - at a very reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommended!

Our technician David just left and I am already writing a review - thank you TR Martin!! You saved us thousands of dollars when a few other companies said we should just get a new unit. We had our capacitor changed out and a few tune-ups and our unit is back up and running. TR Martin will be our first call for any future services.
We have been using T R Martin for a few years now and they have always been on time (or within a small window anyway), professional and very reasonable. David has come out the last 2 years -- very helpful and respectful in COVID times (he wore his mask the whole time and I did mine). Thanks!

I have used TR Martin for over 20 years. I have never been worried about their honesty, integrity and knowledge. One thing with this group/company they are honest!!!!!!! HONEST! Case and point, someone flip the power switch of one year to the inside unit, I called them no power. Guess what, they caught it and didn't charge me!!! This visit was the pressure switch on the furnace - David fixed it and the furnace fired right up!! I don't work for them, I give credit where credit is due. Good prices and honest. Almost all the folks in my neighborhood used them.

The a/c in our office went out. Nathan came in and installed a new compressor and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as it should and kept the communication with me so I knew what was going on at all times. He is a shining star for excellent Customer Service.
I have dealt with A/C guys that were like car salesmen. Fortunately, you get the complete opposite with this company. David came out to tune our a/c units. He was polite and efficient. And best of all, the fee was completely reasonable. No upselling or hidden fees. Wonderful experience!
Highly recommended for honesty and good work. Another HVAC company told us that parts could not be ordered for a broken compressor. As such, both the old unit and inside airhandler had to be replaced. We were quoted 6-10k depending on unit selected. TR Martin comes in and repairs both the broken unit and a second unit that broke in the interim for $130. I will never use another company.

This company is Great!! They are prompt, experienced, have fair prices plus they do not try to sell you a new unit or up charge your bill for repairs. They came to my home 7 hrs early to fix my air conditioner. Worked promptly and efficiently fixing the unit in less than 20 minutes. It was so nice to feel that cool air again! David D. was professional and kind to our critters. I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends. I have a 20+ year old furnace and air conditioning. I've used a few other HVAC companies in the past 5 years...but none compare to TR Martin.
