Had a very positive experience with the seasoned/knowledgeable HVAC Rep at Wade Heating & Air. He performed a very thorough inspection to ensure our two air conditioners were ready for the summer. Very nice personnel.
I have utilized Wade Heating for both residential and commercial needs for the last 11 years. I contract with them to do my annual maintenance on both my home and my rental home. They have installed systems in 3 homes and in all my business relations they have provided great service in a very professional manner. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. A very good company to do business with.
In 1989 Wade H&AC installed my home's original HVAC system and installed a new system a few years ago. Since 1989, Wade has performed preventive maintenance on the system every fall and spring in preparation for the upcoming winter or summer. I've been very pleased with Wade's services and highly recommend them.

$338+ for a quick capacitor replacement says it all. I was sick with covid or could have done it myself. At least they showed up, so I give 2 stars.

I have used the company for years for repairs and regular maintenance. Today I had the A/C unit replaced and was pleased with the cost, unit and the overall work. Jim and Stan performed today's replacement service and were very professional and diligent in their work and kept me apprised of what they were doing and went over things before they left to ensure that I was satisfied. This was our second time to use Wade. We wanted a ducted range hood installed where there was no previous ductwork. They also installed a wi-if thermostat to better control our dual fuel system. Austin and Eric answered all our questions and were attentive to detail. Job well done.

THE only HVAC company to use in Metro Atlanta. Knowledgeable reps & on time service calls is their calling card. Jim consulted with me regarding changing out a board v replacing my system (system is 20 years old) and it made more sense for me to replace the board so he did same day! Communication is important to me & Wade is top notch in my book! Will continue to use them annually and no problem recommending.
We have had an annual maintenance plan for a few years. We recently had an issue right before an expected winter storm. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, the repair was done expertly and with the always excellent customer service we've come to expect. Such a well-run outfit!

We have used Wade Heating and Air Conditioning for over 30 years for maintenance of our Heating & Air systems. We have been perfectly satisfied with their services. They installed new heating and air conditioning units recently, which was done in a very efficient manner. The installers gave close attention to all details, were very courteous explaining the process and completed the job without any difficulty.
I have had a maintenance agreement with Wade Htg. for as long as I can remember. They are always good about working around my schedule for a time to come out. They are very professional but personable. Great service and always show up at agreed time. I promise...you won't regret giving them a call !!!
