Why have a voicemail if the staff can’t use it to return calls?

This where I buy a half million a year in HVAC equipment.
The customer service wasn't all I'd want it to be , if it were my store. Every person counts in the life of retail you can't be disrespectful. You never know I could be the signature on your paychecks or the money you find yourself waiting on.

Stay far away from York equipment. Consumer Reports has rated York as one of the worst equipment manufacturers.
They have a really good supply of parts. They are for licensed HVAC contractors only.
