MediClean was arranged to come clean out home air ducts through the company that does semi-annual maintenance checks on our HVAC system. The two technicians who came out were very thorough, and made sure to clean every vent in the house, even when we identified a vent in a pantry that we had all overlooked during an initial room check to locate all of the supply and return vents. My wife plans to call them again to come back and clean out our clothes dryer vent.
The guys were great. Very personable and professional. They explained everything that they were doing before and as they did it.

Thank you for sending out Walter and Marquez to complete my dryer vent duct cleaning. They provided a curtesy arrival call, arrived on time, worked as team to get the job done in a clean and efficient manner. They were both friendly and professional as they prepped the laundry room area and cleaned up upon exit. They explained the process to me afterwards and showed me a recorded video of the completed work. We will use MediClean Air Pros for our future duct cleaning services.

The crew you sent to my house didn't seem to know what they were doing. One of them didn't even know how to put the registers back on the vents. Also, they did not do all the steps in your advertisement ... they did not take the vents outside and clean them ... nor did they spray the vents with any kind of sanitizer as stated in your advertising.
