Terrible experience and didn't reimburse me for the$707 that was spent!!! Had this service done before and didn't encounter the results that I walked into at my location. Walked into a shop that was full of smoke and didn't stop smoking until breaker was off. Called and asked what the problem could have been and was given nothing but excuses. Had another HVAC company come out and diagnosed the issue, and it was found that it was because of bad wiring, and the motor that I purchased from him had to be replaced. Which meant another$700 plus I had to spend, asked him to refund me my money and I've yet to receive it or come fix the problem and that didn't happen either. Please be careful on who you do business with!!! The electronic reader should read 20 and it's nowhere near it!!!

Scott is the man you need for your AC/HVAC issues, kind friendly professional, always there to help, and when he fixes something you never have to call again . Ive been using him for years and would not use anybody help...trust me use him and youll never loose him.
Mr. Mayott came out assessed my AC unit and suggested that I replace some parts. He did an excellent job and got it back running at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with his professionalism and quick response time. I highly recommend this company.

Fast and reasonably priced. Mayott came out same day to look at an AC that wasn’t functioning properly and had the unit back up and running within 10 minutes. Cheaper than the other places I called and faster too.
I was out of town when my mother's hvac unit stopped working. I also do handy work and have friends who work in hvac who i normally whould have called however they were unable to help in a time as well. I didn't want my mother to suffer through more so she reached out to someone her friend recomended. she contacted mayyott and he was there the next day. As soon as he arrived he tried to sell her on replacing the whole unit a red flag I wished she picked up on. As it turned out the unit wasn't broken and just needed a new battery. After i was told this I thought it would be a simple payment since it was so simple and it was done in less than a minute of work. This con artist charges my mother almost 1000 dollars for something that would have taken me 10 seconds to diagnose and fix. I understand he has overhead and if he has flat rates for showing up, but this is taking advantage of the elderly and people who don't know any better SMH. I don't normally leave comments, at least if it's just about my personal experience, but this happened to my mother who didn't know any better and I feel obligated not to let it happen to anyone else.

Installed a brand new ac unit. Scott was quick, easy and friendly! A couple of months into the installation and couldnt have been more comfortable in my home, ac is blowing very cold. On top of that Scott is professional and true to his word. Need to replace another one soon and will be calling him again.
I called Scott in the morning and he called me back and set up an appointment same day. My AC is running better and I'll call him in the future.
My daughter just moved into a home in Atlanta. Yesterday, I went into crawl space to see a potential nightmare. The hvac unit was leaking condensation constantly and creating a pool in the crawl space . It was extremely distressing to be worrying both about the hvac system and likely potential mold and other water issues. Luckily, I called Mr. Mayott who was over within a couple hours. He diagnosed and began dealing with the issue immediately. He also thoroughly explained to me what the issue was so that I could understand what was going on. Mr. Mayott returned to finish up the job here at the end of what must have been a twelve hour day so that we could use the system last evening. To say that I’m grateful and appreciative does not even begin to cover it. We will definitely be calling Mr. Mayott for HVAC regular service
My elderly mom and dad had an ac problem for a few days. As soon as I called Scott he took my call and made sure he attended the day he was going out of town. My parents AC was fixed and parts were delivered at a timely manner. I was so grateful my parents was able to have air conditioning in just a few days and the charge was very reasonable. Tha you again.
