I tried J & Cooling out for a few of my rental properties. I found them on google and it looked like they had good reviews. I sent J & cooling 4 jobs for HVAC repair. They charged for each repair visit, but didn't make any repairs. Instead I was told each unit needed a part and in one instance that the entire unit needed to be replaced. I paid $3,300 for a new HVAC unit late March 2023. When I paid the tech promised it would be in within a week. Well fast forward and it took a month for the unit to deliver. Then the tech used weather delays and excuses to delay install. It's now over 2 months later and my tenants have no AC and i'm out $3,300. When I approached Jarvis the manager about it he came back with excuses, blaming everything but himself. When I told him I was thinking of taking business elsewhere he said "do what you have to do" and offered no solutions, just more excuses. on another job In April I was charged $357 for a pressure switch. The tech told tenants part would be in in 2 days. Finally hit my breaking point when he canceled the service install yesterday (a month later) due to part still NOT being in. I deal with vendors everyday and this is by far the most incompetence I have encountered w/ a "professional" outfit. I would not recommend this service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SHODDY INSTALL RESULTING IN CO2 LEAKAGE THAT COULD HAVE KILLED MY FAMILY. TWO NO SHOWS TO FIX THE PROBLEM. MY CALLS ARE NOW BEING SENT TO VOICE MAIL. AVOID. THEY ARE INCOMPETANT AND THEY ARE LIARS. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSWHERE.
Jarvis and his team, from J & Cooling, were really great to work with. He was extremely responsive, provided us a quote for the work, and even helped us properly identify what needed to be fixed after hours. His team was very professional and did a great job repairing our AC!
Great and honest company. I used J & C this past winter for my heater, and then again just now for A/C issues. This winter, I had 2 companies come out to inspect and one said I needed to replace and spend few thousand $. However J&C came and were able to repair it quickly and easily and saved me a ton of money at the end of the day. Similar experience with my A/C this summer. This is why they will have my repeat business so long as I have a home here. Highly recommend.
Very pleased with the a/c service provided by Jalen. They diagnosed my furnace fan was bad and replaced the unit. The service quality was high and the price was fair. Highly recommend!
Couldn't give 5 stars. I asked Jarvis and Donte to come back out and fix the vent that was hanging and reinstalled installation. Both was a no show. Great for initial installing.
Very professional, very detailed, highlighted the upfront technicalities I was unaware of and was able to troubleshoot the problem. I am going to use them for my ongoing HVAC maintenance. Exceptional value, and great quality.
Answered promptly, was on schedule, good communication, very professional and competent. He diagnosed and corrected the problem within 3 hours including going to get the part. 10/10 would definitely recommend and call again.
Jarvis called me back immediately and squeezed us in as soon as he could. He fixed our nest thermostat wire and some other switch and the pricing was extremely reasonable. HVAC is working great, thank God, as Atlanta summers are no joke. Hopefully wont need him again for a long while but if we need anything HVAC, he’s the guy we’re calling
J & Cooling team that came were very informative and honest. The installation were quick and they were able to correct an issue by a previous installer that saved me some heartache and money.
I would use them again.
Jarvis was professional, kind, and truly and demonstrates excellent client service from inquiry/booking all the way to completion! Jarvis answered all of my questions both technical and nontechnical, explained them in a way that made sense given I have no background knowledge! He was flexible with service dates due to an unexpected trip - He was honest and fair about pricing and didn’t mind giving comparable quotes! Jarvis and his company also offer financing options which is very unique in his line of business! I absolutely will only refer him and his business & can’t wait to see how his business grows!!! Great job Jarvis!!
Jarvis was exceptional. He properly diagnosed our issue and presented options to get the issue to a resolution. Would recommend definitely recommend and continue to have him service our units.

Jay came out to install a gas hot water heater. I called him in the evening. He scheduled an appointment for early the following morning. Installed the new heater the following morning. Great service and responsive. Great price! I will recommend him for all of my system needs to my friends and neighbors
J and Cooling LLC were great. Very communicative and informative. He explained how my system worked and even informed name of the value/condition it was in. I appreciate his honesty and business practice. Big companies miss out on customer service but not J and Cooling LLC. I recommend them.
As a handy individual who basically does everything himself I don’t often reach out to anyone to work on my house. This may be the only thing I am not educated enough or licensed so leave it to the pros. And I must say I am glad I did. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quick and great work provided to me. Bonus the price beat my other quotes.
Jarvis was a pleasure to work with, he was timely, honest and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.
