Not sure I need to write more than "I contacted them one morning in June about my dead a/c and they installed a new one the next day" to justify a 5-star review, but I will. Finding good HVAC guys intown can be a challenge. I've had a couple of them during my 20+ years here, but my last one has semi-retired and had become hard to schedule and frankly off his game. So when my a/c went out this season (as it does almost every season ... it's also been here 20+ years), I decided to see who I might find. In the past that would have meant reaching out to friends and neighbors in social channels, but I have no interest in engaging with most of the folks around here anymore. So how about Google? Indoor Experts popped up as a local provider with a 4.9-star average rating and 70+ reviews. Promising. Checked out their website, which seemed fully legit, and decided to give them a shot. I wasn't really in a rush to get the a/c back up so I assumed I'd be able to schedule a service call maybe a week out (if I was lucky) and get the ball rolling. When I got a call back maybe 30 minutes after submitting my request Tuesday morning, I was told they could come out Thursday, though actually they might have an opening today and would let me know. Turns out they did get out Tuesday and told me what I always get from the HVAC guys - my outdated a/c has a leak and refrigerant for it is really expensive now, so I should think about replacing the unit. And I was ready this year to do the replacement, so I asked for a quote. Maybe an hour later I had that with a full Trane option and a lower-priced sort-of Trane option. Reasonable quotes. When I said I wanted to do it and go with the Trane option, I explained that I'll be traveling a lot soon so we'll have to figure out what works for the install. When the reply was "we can do it tomorrow" ... well hell yeah on that. So Wednesday afternoon an installation tech came out and swapped my old a/c for a shiny fresh Trane system; done as a one-

Highly recommended by my son, I called during a heat wave when my AC went out. Although everyone in ATL was booked for a week or more, they scheduled my appt faster than anyone by days, we’re on time,got the job done quickly and professionally, cleaned up, and I’m very satisfied with the service and my new AC and Heating! I went with Trane. Their service was really outstanding! Dan (Sales) and Anderson and team were excellent! I highly recommend Indoor Experts Heating & Air!

About 1.5 years ago I needed my AC moved to another location. Anderson was great! Came out, gave me a quote and did an amazing job! AC still working just fine!

Last year my 37-year-old HVAC unit finally decided to go be with the Lord. It was July, steaming hot outside, and ultimately I needed a new A/C unit, furnace, and ductwork. I received four quotes, one of which was from Indoor Experts. Anderson, the owner, was thorough, skilled, and knew exactly what was needed for my home. He provided me with good pricing, undercutting two competitors, and was able to complete the installation of everything in a couple of days. I am more than pleased with the work done and would tell anyone who needs a new unit or HVAC repair to please give Indoor Experts an opportunity to take care of you.
They were on time for their appointment and they took the time to make sure I understood what the issue was. Also, they had the parts I needed... I fully expected that they were going to tell me they would need to come back out.

Installed a 2 ton AC lennox unit at our new home. They offered excellent customer service and quick reliable service. They were very thorough and detailed with explaining exactly what they needed to do to and how much the cost would be. Felxible pricing amd quality service. We referred them to our neighbors and they were also very pleased with the new hi end HVAC system they had installed. They said there home had never been more comfortable during the hot summer months. We highly reccomme this company.
Have been looking for a reliable HVAC service provider for a while. Initially joined their regular maintenance subscription for my primary residence, but also called them for an issue on a rental property. I always find them responsive, picking up the phone, helpful, courteous, and highly efficient. I trust them to do what's necessary and to find the cost efficient way to get there. Their service call charge is reasonable and I'm happy to work with them on an ongoing basis.
Heating went out the day it went down to 28 degrees (Murphy's law). Called Indoor and they were able to give me an appointment for first thing in the morning. Ishmail was thorough, knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend him and Indoor. Excellent job, thank you!
I will start by saying that I have never given a written review before. Normally, I will give the business a call to tell them how happy I was with their service. I gave Indoor Experts to do just that and I was compelled to write this review as well. After spending an hour or so reading reviews, I came across this company and every review was 5 stars. I mean every review! I decided to call their number at 10:30 pm to leave a message. i received a return phone call at 9:00 the next morning. But here is the catch, I didn't leave a message. Tracey called me back anyway. At 10:15 Ismael was standing at my door. I was really impressed with the fact that he was only two months out of school and you could tell he was still learning how on the job and I was ok with that because I was once that kid fresh out of school and needed someone to believe in me. He had my AC working within 2 hours. Ismael it was truly my pleasure meeting you and I can tell you were raised the right way and I am sure you your parents are proud of you. Recently moved into a new home with a 11 year old AC unit and it stopped working. I initially was super stressed but these guys helped me within a couple hours of calling and were extremely pleasant and thorough. (Also the lady who answered the phone was wonderful) They fixed the issue (which was just a small part) and the cost was super fair and affordable. Highly recommend!
Best decision I’ve made!! My A/C went out after a storm and lightening hit. I called the office that morning and left a message of my issue. I received a call back from Tracy (who was a complete gem) within an hour to discuss and schedule. The tech came roughly 2 hours later and called when they were 15 minutes away. He arrived on time, with masks and shoe covers, was professional and worked quickly. Prices were fair too. I would give them a million stars if possible. Impeccable customer experience!!
