Quick and easy! Called these guys and they figured out the problem while still on the phone. Rohan came out and fixed it in 20 min. He was super informative and helpful. Best in the city!
I would highly recommend this company. My AC unit stopped working and they responded the same day and fixed my issue! Very reasonable and professional.
I do not trust anyone with our plumbing and HVAC needs besides Rohan and his team. Rohan is knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, kind, and fixes the issues on the first try. He has had to clean up a lot of work from previous contractors, and now that we found Rohan and HVAC Guyz, we will never use anyone else!
HVAC Guyz and Rohan do excellent work, every time, and for a reasonable price. You can tell they take pride in their work and Rohan obviously has tremendous knowledge, experience, and competency. A+++
Easy 5 stars. We called them on a Friday evening after discovering we had a broken pipe connector underground in our front yard. They promised to have someone here by 11AM Saturday to assess it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a knock on our door at 9AM. Brandon and Kyle are top notch - both are very friendly, helpful and efficient. They were able to quickly repair the broken inferior pipe connector that our inept builder had apparently OK'd when the house was built in 2017. Now that we have the connector installed, we've seen an increase in water pressure to the house, as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use HVAC Guyz again in the future.
Rohan is very nice, professional & honest. Called to say he was on his way & got there when he said he would. Checked the unit out, got under the house & came inside & checked everything. Can recommend & DO recommend. I am a renter & hope that the landlord let's this company do the work so I know it is done right. He explained everything to me & offered some ideas to help me cool the home down until the repairs are completed. Thanks again.
Rohan saved the day by coming out and fixing our HVAC system in the middle of summer. He worked tirelessly until the job was finished and did a great job explaining what he fixed. We will now use him for our regular maintenance. Great service!

Highly recommend! Came back from a work trip to find my A/C not working in this hot ATL weather, and I had the same experience as everyone else. Rohan came same day (on a Friday!) and got me up and running while educating me on what I can do to maintain my system. Will definitely be using him again for regular maintenance and any issues.
Y’all. Y’ALL. I texted the business at 230pm after realizing my AC wasn’t working. It’s was 85F in my bedroom and I was borderline going to divorce my husband because of the overheated anger. This guy showed up the SAME DAY. Witting hours he was in my attic, covered in insulation, hunched over and working while laying on his side. He identified the issue and worked until 9 PM! At night!!! He even dashed to his workshop with a busted part, fixed it and brought it back that same day. When the AC finally kicked on it was legit 87F in the bedroom. I’m tempted to run away with this man. I’m finally able to sleep.
HVAC Guyz & Plumbing is an outstanding company! The owner is professional and more than knowledgeable. I called with a plumbing issue and within seconds of our conversation he knew exactly what the problem was. He bought the product, installed it promptly and within minutes no more issues!!! I recommend them for any HVAC & Plumbing needs! 5 star service.

Rohan was great. Was happy to educate and explain what was going on. 100% would work with him again.
Rohan just left my house. We lost heat on Christmas. Called him, at the recommendation of a neighbor, the next day, and he was here within a few hours. He spent an hour or so in our crawl space, explained everything to me (and even looked at some other electrical things in the panel), and got us back up and running. I will definitely be keeping his card handy.
Rohan is an amazing dude, he is super honest and will go over the reasons why he would or would not have you change anything about your system. If you want an honest HCAV guy, Rohan is your man!
Rohan was AWESOME. When our AC went out in Atlanta IN AUGUST when we had a baby in the house, he got to us THE DAY WE CALLED HIM and had it fixed the next day. He was honest in his assessment after we had a bad experience with another vendor trying to upsell us and try to convince us to buy a whole new system. Rohan made the repair in less than an hour and even showed me how to look out for things and trouble shoot in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If you want to support a trustworthy, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable local business, you call HVAC guyz for any of your heating, plumbing, a/c or electrical issues. Rohan, the owner legitimately cares about his customers and his work. He makes a living at it, but it's clear that he does this because he cares about helping people and enjoys the work. He is always open, honest and communicative. I've used him 3 times. All three he went above and beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, one required a new A/C unit, but we knew that would be coming, just so happens sooner than we would have liked. Rohan gave us a temporary option, that was definitely cheaper, and explained what it meant. There was no pressure to replace the whole unit, but we decided to because we felt it made the most sense. This is the kind of company you want helping you, especially in emergencies. Thank you, Rohan!!!
