By far, I had the best service with the company.. Their technicians were all awesome and polite.. I had no issues dealing with this company and I like their customer service the most.. I will definitely refer them to everyone!
This was my second time having Heating and Cooling Services PRP Atlanta install my AC unit, and once again he did an absolutely fabulous job. Very professional, personable, and efficient in his work. I'd hire Heating and Cooling Services PRP Atlanta to do work again in a heartbeat. Two thumbs up! !
The representative who came to check our system was courteous and efficient. He was patient with me while I described some things I had questions about and he gave me informative and useful responses. The whole experience left me feeling confident with my system and Heating and Cooling Services PRP Atlanta.
They did a fantastic job on replacing our furnace and adding A/C. Inspection passed with one of the toughest inspectors in town. We're confident it was done right and very happy to be able to cool off during the next hot summer.
The owner then called me once he became aware of the situation. He made up for my lack of satisfaction with the service by offering a refund or a free next service. He was genuinely interested in providing the service that I was looking for. I appreciated that.
I am extremely pleased with their service and products. They are going to have to come back out to install a new roof vent for one of the new heating units since the old unit's vent was in the wrong location and they did not have the necessary parts at the time of installation.
Finally have found an honest and reliable Heating and Air Conditioning company. they are the best. Looked over everything, gave me great tips to watch for in the future. Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and told me we can do this, but you really don't need it. Highly recommend them.
Its a relief that there is the company who can fix all my needs regarding my AC at home. I was so worried i don't know if they can still fix it. But thanks to their expertise they were able to make it work. I'm really impressed with the service thanks a lot.

The technician we hired from the company was prompt in answering all the questions . He was courteous, on time and took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

They have done our yearly services and are always sure we have clean filters and go above and beyond our expectations.. We have referred them to family and their tech has even gone out of his work area to repair my fathers a/c without question.. We refer them to everyone who needs a/c repairs..
the company has exceeded my expectations after they repaired three of my broken air conditioners.. I would totally recommend them to anyone who has problems with their air conditioner!
THIS IS A SCAM. They do not represent an actual HVAC place. They are just a company that sends your number and email to a bunch of different businesses and they are spamming me with calls and emails. AVOID
I would highly recommend these guys for any of our air conditioner needs. I never have to complain about any of their services because their work is really great. They exceeded our expectations and they absolutely did a fantastic job!
Heating and Cooling Services PRP Atlanta came our quickly and assessed our AC issue. Within the same day our AC was fixed and our house was cool again! All work was purposeful and the pricing was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend!
We recently used Heating and Cooling Services PRP Atlanta to install an air conditioning unit in our home.. All of the staff were really helpful.. So pleased I have my aircon in now before the hot summer days arrive..
They were prompt, great at communication, did stellar work, were clean and did amazing work. They know their stuff. they even came out same day and went the extra mile to help us restore heat to the main house when it went out. Their prices are reasonable (we compared TONS) and I'm very happy with everything.

THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. They claim they only dispatch the technicians. They also claim they have no way to “access the database” to give us information of the technician they dispatched to our home after he Irreparably damaged our unit in his attempt to repair it. Don’t be fooled by these reviews and don’t be desperate enough to call on an off time/day. Wait til an actual company is available. ***ALSO THE ADDRESS LISTED IS A PIZZA PLACE***
