Ryan from Estes Electrical just left after fixing a short in a switch that left me with no power in my bedroom. Estes was the only one of 3 companies that returned my call, and Ryan was here early the next day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. I won't hesitate to call Estes again if I need an electrician.
Technician was great from beginning to end and very professional. Will definitely use Estes for A/C maintenance needs.. Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable with a great attitude 👏🏾

Service is great! The person they sent L.A. was very professional! Estes stick to their word...my clog was drained on July 4th and they came on July 5th fixed it and told me any issues I had! Will be using for now on going forward.
I had Jeremy out first, he spent about an hour going over and diagnosing my problem and giving me an estimate. After approving the estimate they ordered the part, came in in a couple of days and Estes called and scheduled the repair. Repair day, Jason got to my house on time, 9:30am, introduced himself and got right to work. He said he usually had a second helper for this job, but today he had called out. The repair took a little more than 5 hours, Jason working the whole time. When everything was installed and he had checked it over he hit the switch and I was back in business, AC working great. I would say that Jeremy and Jason made a really good team and I would recommend them as well as Estes anytime you need AC work done.
Marcus & Jeff did an excellent job installing my ac. They called to let me know they were in route, cleaned up all areas inside and outside, and were all around professional. Marcus showed me how to program my thermostat.

Carlos and Brandon just installed a zoning system for our HVAC. They were prompt, professional, answered all my questions thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves very well. I am very happy with the service and work done.

Estes is the best!!! I was in dire need of 2 HVAC units doe my home and Estes was able to send a sales rep, Jacob, the same morning that I called. Jacob effectively assessed my needs and thoroughly educated me on the products and pricing. The next day technicians arrived for the install. Jared, Byron, Carlos, and Brandon were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. I will continue to use Estes for my home needs and will not hesitate to refer family and friends.
Patrick did some minor repairs due to scratches that occurred during installation of upstairs a/c unit. Patrick is very detailed and professional. He did an outstanding job and I recommend him highly.
Jered & Trevor were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They did an outstanding job replacing our outdoor unit, furnace, and evaporator coil. We’ll be longtime customers of Estes and hopefully of Jered and Trevor!

Patrick was amazing!! Very professional, courteous, and fast! He did a fantastic job repairing my trim from my new hvac installation. He even fixed a previous trim issue on the door he repaired! Very thankful. Estes has been a great company to work with!
Howard and Patrick with Estes Services were very professional and courteous. They installed a new flue for our new HVAC system that Estes recently installed. jason came to replace our dehumidifier did a wonderful job. very nice. put up with the rain. very impressed. thank you Jason for still coming even you did not have any help.
I had to get my whole furnace and AC system replaced in the middle of June after our AC went out. Estes got someone out to look at our system the following day and immediately got us scheduled for the next morning. Fray and Ruben showed up exactly as scheduled to get the replacement done. They were so nice, courteous and professional. Highly recommend these two guys and Estes to anyone needing work done!
Estes' reps Nick and Joey were able to assess my electrical issue and solve it very quickly. Their installation work was thorough and professional. Nick's flexibility with the scheduled time was greatly appreciated. These electricians have earned Estes my first call for electrical issues in the future.
They were on the high side of things. I always get more than one quote and their $2,100 job was eat by two other reputable companies and included the exact same things. Logan was nice however the pricing was very pricey. It saddens me because they had been servicing the property since the 80s.
