Service was excellent, but the technician was very late and did not call. Make your techs call, if running late.
The tech was very thorough and made sure my service was up and running. He went above and beyond. This company sent someone out right away and remain in constant contact. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a lot of glitches with installation crew, but the lady dispatcher Felicia was so kind, and was able to cool me down. She went over and above to make this purchase of my new AC unit okay. Also Anthony explained thoroughly what was wrong with my old unit, and promised to find one that is affordable for us. Although the installation crew had numerous glitches as I mentioned before, the end result was okay. Many Kudos to Felicia and Anthony.
Excellent service! AC stopped working yesterday, called and had an appointment TODAY! AC is fixed- reasonable price. I love this company!
The best!! Anthony put our unit in 4-5 years ago and that service and all since then has been great!!! From the first call to finish every one is professional. Jeron did a great job today. He serviced both of our units. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Another great servicing from Essential Heating and Air. David and his intern did a great job!!! The price of the bill was way to high after finding out the price of the part that was replaced. I paid over $300 to have a Duel Capacitor replaced which doesn't cost over $15 and to have it installed in under 30 minutes. I was informed that my hvac system freon drained out and once I got a quote, I said no, the cost is way to much.
I had a great experience with this company from the time they answered the phone to the time that they finished the service. Everyone was friendly and professional and they accommodated me at the last minute. The technician was very knowledgeable and made sure that I understood what was going on with the system. I would definitely recommend them for your next HVAC service

Called got someone in less than eight hours out to my house on one of the coldest days this winter. David come out on Christmas eve. He was kind and explained everything he needed to do. I didn't think I would be able to get service on the day before Christmas. He was here asap.

I have used Essential for my annual maintenance and any repairs needed for my HVAC system. As well as a replacement an Air Conditioner unit 5 years ago. I have been totally satisfied with Essential’s work.
