Jack Stewart arrived promptly, fully explained the installation of our new hvac system, patiently answered questions and in 6 hours, our 80 degree inside temperature was a pleasant 75 degrees. Jack and Bryan were so professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We have nothing but the highest praise and gratitude for the prompt resolution to our struggling 15 year old hvac system.
We’ve used Cunningham for years. Recently we had to replace an older system that was at the end of its life and perform repairs on a second unit. Sam is an excellent installer / engineer who handled all of the zoning and connectivity with the new thermostats. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Jack and Bryan handled the installation of the new unit and they were efficient and did a nice job as well.
Michael did a great job servicing my units. One unit was not cooling properly and he fixed the issue. He was courteous and professional. This is the 3rd time using Cunningham and they’ve been great every time. Thank you!

We had an A/C problem on July 4th and called for service. Within an hour and a half Robert Weese arrived. He determined the problem and was able to get us up and running in short fashion. He was very professional in how he analyzed the problem and resolved it. We are very pleased with Cunningham Associates! Michael Holmes did our semi-annual maintenance and did a great job! He was very professional and friendly.
Cunningham is the best air conditioning company we have ever used. They are wonderful with maintenance, and even better when we have an occasional outage!

Jack & Brayan did my AC replacement install today and were fantastic. They paid attention to every detail, showing and explaining to me exactly what they did. They also made sure I knew how the new thermostat worked as well before they left. I could tell a difference in the air flow and temperature immediately. We had a new HVAC system installed by Jack Stewart and his team from Cunningham Associates. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. They arrived on time and were prepared for the job. They were careful to cover the carpet to avoid getting it dirty. It was not the easiest job as the entrance to our crawl space was tight but they made some adjustments to enable installation of the new unit. The whole time Jack kept us informed as they progressed. I have been a client of Cunningham for many years and would highly recommend them. The team was comprised of Jack Stewart and members Ryan, Bryan, Sam, and Q.
