We had an issue with our AC for one of our bedrooms and our assigned technician Braden from Breezeway Heating and Air came in and not only identified the issue…but he was amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, patient with questions and just an all around professional great guy. I would give this company and tech 10 stars if I could! Thanks Braden !!
Technician Tyler explained everything that he was doing in servicing my gas heating system and what I can expect from my system. Everything went well. Thank you and I will continue to use Breezeway Heating and Air for my heat and air system.

Heating and AC can be so expensive, but it is a necessity. In my 25+ years as a homeowner I have never been so appreciative of an A/C repair & servicing as Breezeway. I have used them for servicing for about 4 years and every technician is so knowledgeable and friendly and even through the pandemic we have had the best service. About 2 years ago, they noticed a potential problem in our unit during maintenance. They were not at all high pressuring, they let us know what would happen and an estimated cost if broke down the line (a much older unit). I asked for a quote, and a quote from 3 other businesses. Their quote was certainly competitive, but the real difference is that their estimate and customer service went into great detail and described every part of what they do. They answered questions and when two others were trying to sell me more expensive units, they explained why they would not personally recommend those. When we decided to refinish our basement, I did not hesitate to use them to install a unit in the basement. I am so glad I did because they really thought through all of the venting, code, etc and the contractor asked if he could use them for his future projects.
The technician was able to take me through the issue and resolve it, with advice on long term options available.

Called very late and they responded almost immediately. Unable to come that night but next day first thing in the morning they were on time. Fair pricing. Definitely will keep them posted in case any AC emergency.

Great folks. Super knowledgeable and always very friendly and professional. Like having a good mechanic, having good service companies for hvac, electric and plumbing are musts. They have my recommendation.
Service tech was very professional and explained in detail what had gone wrong and how to avoid the problem in the future.
Technician that arrive was courteous, explained everything his did, and offered advice on maintaining the HVAC system.
