Mr. Smith was very kind, persistent, and very thorough in investigating and fixing the (ultimately simple - a duct had come loose in the attic) issue with my air conditioner, which techs from larger companies did not suspect.
Mr. Smith and his employees went above and beyond replacing our unit and repairing duct work! He even registered the new system for us! I recommend Mr. Smith and his team to everyone I know!
My AC wasn't working right, so I called Mr. Smith. He was very prompt, and explained in detail what was wrong (a freon leak) and what options we had. He then gave us a detailed estimate for replacing the condenser, and he and his team had the whole job done in an day. The work was done professionally. I recommend using Mr. Smith & his team for your next HVAC issue.

Great experience! They are super knowledgeable and helpful, and offered a good price. They were quick to respond and quick come out and provide an estimate. They got me onto their schedule with short notice to install a new AC unit and they showed up when they said they were going to. They cleaned up all debris and mess that was created from the unit installation inside and outside. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend Smith Heating & Air!
Honest & integrity !! During a time of a recent loss Only God was the master of this plan when he sent Smith Heating and Air, he came first thing the next morning after I had wasted time calling another company, resulting in a quote of $2700 in repairs or a new $8000 dollar system. Mr Smith came out and within a half hour my house was cooling itself all for under $200 dollars I will definitely be calling him again when needed.

Mr. Smith is an absolute Godsend!!! We woke up to our AC not working, house reading 80 degrees, and the weather set to hit 100; we called a local (supposedly reputable) company who told us there was an upfront surcharge of $175 and they wouldn't be able to make it out for ten days or we could pay extra and they could make it out in five days. Found Mr. Smith's business information on NextDoor, and he came out within two hours, fixed our AC unit in 30 mins, and was *incredibly* affordable! Highly professional (very conscious of the pandemic and wore a mask/gloves), very clearly knowledgeable of his craft, and incredibly amiable -- we will definitely be using his services for our heating and cooling needs, and you should too!! I cannot recommend Mr. Smith enough!
Mr. Smith and his team did an amazing job putting in a brand new unit for me. They were diligent and Mr. Smith was extremely honest and made sure that everything was done exactly as it should be. I know some parts of the install were difficult, but they made sure it was all done correctly. Mr. Smith went out of his way to make sure that I understood how to operate and maintain my unit. I was very happy that I chose to go with Smith's, as I would highly recommend him to anyone! The pricing was extremely fair and service was outstanding. Don't make a mistake and choose anyone else!
Smith Heating and Air has the best service, lowest price (replacing a heat pump was $1400 below the first quote I got). They stand by their work and honor their warranties. Mr Smith has around 30 years experience too.
