Buyer beware!!!!! Will not do Buisiness with this company any longer. We usually buy our AC parts her and we usually expect to pay a higher price as it is the closest place to Greensboro Ga. The last capacitor I bought was over $$40 which I new was high but I needed it. This time when I purchased the capacitor to replace the last one I bought I was charged $127.56. My head almost exploded. After installing it I looked online as I knew I could order a spare for when it went out again and it was under $17. I have never heard of that much markup in my life. I’m all about supporting independent businesses…. But the pricing in crazy!!

Beware there is a no return policy, no exceptions. I like to buy local, but their price for a AC capacitor was 3X the online price. Disappointing. Owner didn't care at all for my often business, so I will go elsewhere. Cranky old man.
If you need supplies are parts to repair your own equipment, this is a good place to start.

They will quote you a price and the next day doubles the price And they were very rude the guy told me it’s up to you do you want it or not and the older guy that was there was with the guy that quoted me the price and he kept quiet after I told him that he and the other guy quoted me the price yesterday

Family owned and operated parts supply house where they treat you like a good neighbor. They're honest people who genuinely care about helping their customers and they're not just trying to sell you something like some salesmen on commission. ATCO is always my first choice when I need something because I prefer buying local and their prices are actually very competitive. Sometimes they have the lowest price anywhere, even when compared online. They specialize in air conditioning supplies and their primary niche is ductwork. Mostly specialty stuff for tradesmen, so you wont always find some of the common things that a general hardware store has but just tell them what your looking for and they might have it.

I spoke with somebody on Friday about a humidistat they priced it at 30 bucks when I get there to pick it up on Monday it's twice that wanted over $60 for it I don't understand and nobody can explain kind of a bait-and-switch thing ain't it I can get them online for a lot less then 30 but trying to spend money locally don't always pay off kind of a bait-and-switch thing but I'm sorry but I will not do business with them ever again sad but
