Great family owned company. Kept me updated on appt. Explained system well and what was happening with my unit. Fixed it and made sure everything else was working well. Very prompt and educational. Highly recommend this company for repairs and ongoing maintenance.
Our main AC unit went out last year in April 2022. We went through our home warranty company which had a contract with this company. They came out in May 2022 and confirmed we needed a new unit. However, THEY NEVER MEASURED OUR SQ.footage, or did any of the test to make sure the unit we had- was the same size we currently needed to keep our home cool. They didn’t sit down and go over anything! We spent all summer calling and waiting on them to install our unit. ALL HOT SUMMER LONG!!! They were about an hour and half in distance from our home however they accepted this job, that was their choice, we had no choice in the company selection! We called a lot, most days they didn’t answer our calls, Lisa was rude and repeatedly told us that since we lived an hour away- we were basically put on the back burner. This was very frustrating and cost us a lot of money using window units over the summer. Finally in August 2022 they finally came to install the unit. Fast forward to now… June 2023. Since the replacement of our unit in August of 2022 we have continued to have issues of the unit freezing up during fall, winter and spring. We’ve had several service calls(total of 7 calls) with the warranty company as well as hiring two other companies to try to figure out why our brand new unit doesn’t work! When we contacted the heating and air company LLC- they refused to come look at the unit and stated that we only had a six month warranty with them! That is a HUGE RED FLAG! Who spends thousands of dollars on a new unit and the company only backs their work for 6 months? One company came out and found a plastic bag that was inside our unit left from installation. (120.00)Another technician drained Freon, checked piston and replaced the drier. (800.00) They all agreed that there was something causing a restriction in the unit. Here's a great reason of why you need to use Sam and his team. While they were here performing their semi annual maintenance, they found a problem with one of the systems that was likely to cause a problem in the coming few months. They were able to repair it without any issues and we can look forward to a cool summer without having to have someone come out.
This company was very professional and very transparent. The technician showed me the issue my system was having, so I knew exactly what was wrong. He also found out my parts were under warranty and saved me money in the process. If I ever have any HVAC system issue in the future, this will be the first company I reach out to.
Since we first had to call in about our AC not working, this company has been nothing but kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone has worked incredibly hard. They took the time to teach and show me what was going on and what as wrong. They are hard working and I will continue to use them in the future.
Poor service, Guys pulled up smoking in the drive way.. Took only 5 minutes with no troubleshooting to actually attempt to bid for more money not even knowing what work needed to be done….How can you ask for more money when you don’t know what work as to be done left my home Refusing to do any work at all….Rip-off
Had a company suggest that I needed to have repairs done that were not needed. These guys came out gave me the honest truth and had ac repairs complete in an hour. Gave us the rundown and showed us proof of what actually needed to be done unlike the other company. I will ensure that I am using them moving forward. Highly recommend

Great service at a fair price! I was having problems with one of my AC units. I viewed the video from the owner of Heating and Air Conditioning (on their website) where he explained why he started the company and addressed some of the issues with over charging. Last summer I needed an AC repair to my other unit. The first company that came out said I absolutely had to replace my unit (thousands of dollars). I got a second opinion and had the unit repaired for a couple hundred dollars. So, I was impressed at how the technician (The Heating and Air Company) explained every step he was taking and why he measured and checked all that he did. He was very professional and I felt comfortable that he was just trying to give quality service at a fair price. I definitely will be using them going forward. Fred
Family owned/run business and it shows. Work originally scheduled on a Monday but his Office Mgr was able to have repairs completed on Friday saving us from enduring a weekend of extreme heat. Sam performed the necessary repairs efficiently and with a sense of pride. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for any other service and biannual maintenance.
Sam was absolutely amazing. He replaced my AC unit's motor so I didn't have to replace the unit completely and saved me a substantial amount of money and hassle. He came out to look at my unit super fast when some other companies were telling me that it was going to take them weeks just to come out. Communication was top of the line and I didn't feel like I was getting scammed. Reliable Heating and Air told me last year that I would need a whole new unit. Needless to say, do yourself a favor and use The Heating and Air company.
The technician was very nice and knowledgeable and their price to refill the freon in my A/C was less than their competitor's quoted price.
I can’t recall the time where I’ve received better service and knowledge for my HVAC system. I wouldn’t want any other company servicing my unit, and I’ve had quite a few over the years. I found The Heating and Air Company initially thru my warranty company and because the service was so thorough I purchased a seasonal package, and they absolutely do what they say they’re going to do to the best of the ability. I just wouldn’t want to trust the unit in any other company’s hands now so I’ll request theor services upon any future problems to my warranty company as needed. I’m very observant and picky, I couldn’t of made a better choice I don’t believe. Thanks Mr. Sam for the professional expertise.
Thanks to Sam we are cool once again! My wife is battling cancer- and they came so quick so that we wouldn’t have to spend the night in a hotel. If you need quality work at a fair price - give them a call. This is a good company that you trust.
I found Sam, his office manager/ wife and sons seek to give their best and take pride in their work. In the HVAC arena I have found dishonesty, price gouging and poor workmanship; however, with this company it has been the opposite. Thank you.
Fast! Efficient! Great communication! Friendly and knowledgeable! I can’t thank Sam and Lisa enough for getting me a new, quieter unit that works well with a warranty! Very happy they were able to get me a new unit through my home warranty. House is cooler, unit is quieter, and we are happier. I have already signed up for the preventive maintenance program they provide to keep my unit in top running condition. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.
Sam came to help our family fix our air conditioning unit. He was very honest and professional with the issue and gave a fair price for the estimate. He did a great job and our unit is back and running perfectly.
We bought our home in 2008 and immediately starting having issues with the AC. The owner came by and was honest that it was an older unit but he could keep it going for a few more seasons to avoid a large investments. Eventually it was time to replace and this team did a great job. I was offered fair pricing and multiple options. The team had the new units installed and operational within a day. Overall a great experience and I recommend this company to all.

This company worked on my AC last July. I have the same problem in September less than three months. I called them they want to charge me more money. The owner wasn't honest from the begining tried to rip me off for more money after the work done because I'm a woman. This is the most dishonest company I ever to deal with. Reading reviews is not what the company is all about. I will not refer this company to anyone BEWARE of all 5 stars reviews.
