My AC went out and I was using another local HVAC company. That company tried to tell me it was the compressor. My options were 7k for the compressor repair or a new AC. I didnt feel right about it so I called All Quality to get a 2nd opinion. He could tell on the phone that I was stressed about the situation and they came out immediately. They looked at my AC unit determined it wasnt my compressor and that it was my capacitor. My AC was working 15 mins later. All Quality saved me from spending thousands I didnt need too and I'm very greatful. I will always use All Quality from now on.
Called these guys up after dealing with the nightmare that was Balm Pay Air and Heat. The representative, Nemi, was super professional and communicated me frequently throughout the ordeal I was going through. They came in and replaced my outside unit once I put in the order. It works fantastic and I will be using them for my HVAC needs in the future. Thanks a lot guys.
We called the company at 11pm on a Thursday because our thermostat was out and the A/C wasn’t working. Our home was getting warm and we called Quality Air & Heat ready to pay whatever it took to get someone out that night. Chris Blanco answered right away and instead of taking advantage of our situation he troubleshot our unit and help discover that our waterline was backed up. We poured some bleach and flushed the line and our unit started right up. He explained what happened and how to prevent it in the future. We very much appreciate their willingness to help and not simply charge a premium for a simple fix. I have their number saved and they will be our people to call moving forward. Thank you Chris.
All of my duct work needed to be replaced , super professional and great fast work finished it all in one afternoon. My ac has been running great ! They even lowered my monthly power bill. I will definitely use them again if I ever need ac work done.

BEWARE of these scammers. Paid 4.5k for an AC install and after going back and forth because they couldn't provide a proper license, neither weren't register with the City of Cocoa. This is what they left. 500 dollars worth of material and unwilling to return my money. I hope they reach out to me and do what's right. I have everything very well documented and going to Court in Brevard county if this Phony of a company doesn't do what is right. No record? come on now, I wouldn't leave such a damning review for free, how do you have pictures of my place on your facebook? email with your signature on it?. Go run around someone else... You know how to reach me.

With that said, the service, patience, advice, performance and quality I received from All Quality Air and Heat was unprecedented! Ultimately I can even add value to that list.
