They are 15 years receiving an excellent service
Very poor customer service. Hired the company to install two new units on a construction house. The duct work was pourly installed, causing air flow issues. They did not test the units prior to leaving and neither unit had working emergency heat. Both units needed the dip switches set correctly. They over charged the downstairs unit by 14 pounds causing the unit's heat pump not to work. The plenum they made for the downstairs unit is leaking cooled air into the uninsulated garage. The owner refused to correct his work even though it had only been 30 days since the install was completed. I highly recommend you find another company. This company will cost you more money in hiring other companies to fix their shotty work.
A faulty breaker was repaired, after diagnosing the problem. Johnny and Milt were very professional, friendly and helpful with information. Great guys and good business.

Johnny is the most honest and absolute BEST AC technician you will EVER meet. He never tries to BS or over charge you. He never tries to act like everything in the world is wrong with your unit and the only solution is to replace it for an ungodly amount of money. He’s always prompt, honest, follows through on his diagnosis and is the most trustworthy AC repair company I’ve ever dealt with. That speaks volumes to me considering I’ve dealt with at least 5 other companies prior to contacting FL Coast Air Conditioning and I know now it is 100% true Johnny is THE AC HERO!!
GREAT - Honest, Very Talented at Detecting Problem Issues! Johnny asks questions & listens. He called from his previous appointment and spoke with me the whole time to ask questions & narrow it down to 2 possible issues. He took the time to hear my questions, including my concerns with why another company sold us a new A/C 3 years ago & offered an expensive labor warranty (w/ monthly charges). Johnny said there was no such thing as federal environmental laws banning service on an old A/C (my old A/C company claimed they couldn't legally add freon to the old A/C, making our air conditioner obsolete...) so we bought a new A/C from the other company when we didn't have any A/C problems. Just wanted the $20 servicing pkg offered. Wished we used Johnny to begin with! He would have saved us thousands! He checked to make sure everything worked before he left. The final price was more than fair. Awesome guy!
The same problem occurred again in a week. My unit is leaking inside. A technician was supposed to come on Friday. Still waiting for a technician to come for repair.
Have been using these guys for the last two years. Johnny Taylor has been the tech and has been great--found out what was still under warranty, has always been quick and honest. I give them my highest reccomendation. Jack from Zhills.

Johnny came out very quickly and was very knowledgeable, and to the point, of what had to be done to fix the problem with my a/c. He fixed my R-22 system when another company tried to talk me into buying a new one. Prompt, courteous and professional.

I typically don't post stuff but just wanted to share in case anyone else needs a good HVAC company. I've had some issues with my AC recently and have been put through the wringer with a couple of local AC companies. A coworker of mine recommended Florida Coast Air Conditioning and I am so thankful he did! I have used them twice now for 2 separate problems and couldn't be happier! Johnny, the owner, is a nice guy, professional, and his prices are VERY good! Hopefully this post helps someone that was just as stressed out as I was before I called Johnny!
We used Florida Coast AC a few months ago for our business. We got three quotes for a whole new unit. Not only did they come in less but we’re by far the most professional. Today our AC stopped working at our home so called them again. We sent Johnny a few pictures of our units model and serial number. Surprising the part was covered under warranty. He got the new blower and had it up and running for us within hours on a Saturday! You can hardly find service like this anymore. I would highly recommend them.
I've had to deal with a few AC companies over the years and never find someone that is trustworthy and honest. I'm happy to say that Johnny and his crew are great. He serviced my old unit and didn't jump to a full replacement like other companies always push you to do. My unit was over 10 years old and we got another year or so out of it before I made the decision to just have it replaced. Their service was better then others and his quote was less with a better warranty. Give them a call if you're having HVAC issues. They will tell you honestly what needs to be done.
I had some not so good experience with another ac repair company which led me to call Florida coast air conditioning. They were amazing. They sent me a quote with in minutes and was out the same day to repair my unit. I highly recommend them!
I called Johnny with Florida Coast AC, explained the issues I was having. Instead of easily charging me for a simple fix, he told me how to do it myself. My AC was fixed in 30 seconds. His honesty gained my trust and money for life. I highly recommend this company based on their integrity and excellent customer service!
