After rewiring a thermostat, my AC wouldn't turn back on. After unsuccessfully reviewing many things, I called Airheads on a Saturday afternoon. After a simple fuse was replaced, I was back up and running. Thanks Chris!!!
I'd like to share my experience. I got home after a long day working in the heat to find that my AC was out of order. I reached out on the local trinity / NPR chats for recommendations and kept seeing Airheads HVAC so I called. Considering the time, 7 o'clock pm, I didn't expect them to answer. Not only did they answer but they said they would be able to make it to our house by 9:30/10:30. That said, he showed up early @9 and had it fixed by 9:30. We are very thankful considering we have 2 kiddos and a dog. With the heat that we've all been experiencing lately, I'm sure you all understand the need for AC!
Happy 4th of July! Going to be a hot day, thankfully because of Airheads I will be able to beat the heat and stay cool inside. The professional responsive service, even on the holiday weekend, was very appreciated. Thanks again for the excellent service.
Called Airheads last Tuesday to look into our AC unit leaking into our attic and they were confident it had nothing to do with the AC - Jaidy was actually adamant that it was tied to a faulty bathroom exhaust fan. After a week of trying to get someone to fix the bathroom exhaust, our ceiling collapsed exposing the air handler & ductwork which was CLEARLY leaking. We went with another company to fix this who immediately could tell what was wrong as working with Airheads caused us way more damage than anticipated.
We had multiple companies come to our house to look at our AC system. The lines kept freezing and we had to replace our filter every three days. Each company quoted over $12K to have the air handler and condenser replaced. Airheads HVAC was one of the only companies to tell us that it was a leak in the coil, and it could be simply replaced. Their rate was phenomenal and charged the system to ensure we would stay cold until the new coil was delivered. They immediately installed the part once received. We didn’t even notice the timeframe. Airheads HVAC is one outstanding company. Their staff is professional, courteous, and keeps their customers well informed. Great company!
Was shafted by another company and went 5 days without AC downstairs, was out money for a service fee and the cost of two thermostats- was waiting for that company to come back BUT got fed up waiting and called airheads, just an hour and a half later Bobby came out and told us they misdiagnosed the issue, he took over the repair and an hour later had us up and running. Wanted to make sure he took the time to explain- and the rate was so reasonable. 10000% recommend.
The Airheads team is responsive to calls, takes time to explain what is wrong & how they plan to fix it. We have used them 3 times and couldn't be happier with their service!

I’m very pleased with the quality of technical and professional service that I received. The technician Bob was very knowledgeable and the repair on our AC was completed immediately. I would highly recommend them for any service that you might have or a new install.
Called Airheads because my outside unit was making a horrible noise. I thought it was my fan motor going out. George the service tech moved the unit a bit and the noice quit ! Problem solved, he said if it returned just move it a bit till it stops. Even though they came out on a Saturday they said no charge ! They are my new HVAC company! I really appreciate their honesty. I was taken advantage with my old company. Glad to see there are still some honest people out there !

This guy had my AC working in about 7 minutes. I was glad to pay him $300. Most people take half the day to get their tool bag out of the truck. I'm busy and I don't have time to wait.
Was referred to them by a friend. Wow..quick appointment scheduling, fair price and George the tech was amazing. Cool, nice and knoweldgable. I'll definitely be using them again.
I requested them to come out and inspect the ac. Our electric bill has shot up dramatically and we wanted to rule out any potential issues with the ac. Process of elimination. A couple of men came out to inspect both the outside unit and take a look up in the attic. They were polite and courteous, which I appreciated, but at the conclusion of the inspection they said there was absolutely nothing wrong and the unit was great, we have just had higher temps than usual and duke has raised rates. $100 for the inspection. That was end of June. Fast forward to now, my husband is working on beefing up our insulation in the attic to help with said electric bills and in the process of educating himself on this, decides to see if we have leaks from the unit for ductwork, junction boxes, etc. Air is leaking from numerous parts of the main box and several of the junction boxes. Has Duke raised rates? Yes. Have temps been higher than last year? A little. But is our system working just great? No. I believe our actual outside unit is working well, but what did the inspector actually inspect in the attic? Perhaps all of these leaks just happened to spring up within the last 60 days, but I highly doubt it. Maybe there was a miscommunication on what I wanted inspected, but I assumed if they were up in the attic they would have checked for leaks coming out of the primary box. I didn't expect them to go crawling all over the place, but at least check the main one right at the entrance. I feel a bit cheated out of my $100 to be honest. Had we known about the leaks we would have addressed them 2 months ago. Not the end of the world, but still frustrating. I will not use them again and I would not recommend them for general inspections.
Prompt service, fair pricing, polite and professional. Arrived on time, fixed my problem, taught me as he went along, courteous. Absolutely no complaints. My repairman was Jaidy. Very happy with them and will use again, if need be.

I use this company less than a month ago to service our AC unit. Our drain line is clogged making the unit not operate. I called to see if they could come out and clear the line since that’s what they were supposed to do and the owner answered and was very confrontational and sarcastic from the beginning of the call. I just wanted them to come out and clear the line and told her they did not do that when they were here. Literally told me she would be happy to charge me for coming out and performing any more service on the unit even though they were here a month ago. OR she can tell me how to do it myself. I paid for a service and wanted it completed by a professional. That did not happen and she assumed I was lying and wanted to charge double for their mistake. For the owner of a business to speak to anyone that way is poor form.
After getting quotes from 4 different AC installation companies, we decided AirHeads AC was our best option! They were affordable and had the fantastic deal of 10 year maintenance, service, and parts which was a great deal in itself. They have a lot of brand options to choose from, we went with the Goodman brand, great machine! We definitely recommend this company! 5 stars!
I'm picky when it comes to home services. I liked that Airheads had great reviews and a silly mascot. Holy Hell - they have been great to deal with. Chris was excellent when he came out to my house, explained everything and i gave him the sniff test for trustworthiness. A genuine dude. The woman who answers and routes the call's is very polite and nice. This means everything to me and I will recommend all day long. great job guys!
I have to give 3 stars because the first tech that came out to my business hardly did what he said but the second tech was great but the situation left me with no air during business hours for almost 2 days
