I have been Ahoy's Customer for quite a while now. Chris has been to my home twice and always recommends the best solution for my repair. I will always contact them for my Air Conditioning needs.
Adam and his team recently installed a whole house Mitsubishi mini split system for my home. The end to end process from design, installation and optimization was seamless. Their knowledge of Mitsubishi systems was unparalleled compared to other providers I spoke with, and their professionalism coupled with attention to detail provided an amazing experience all around. Will be recommending Ahoy whole-heartedly to anyone looking at mini split systems in the future!
Ahoy Services were professional and easy to have as contractors for a ductless AC in our garage at our house. Both men who came were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to friends.
It was time for my annual system check-up and maintenance. They were timely and proficient with their time. I was provided a breakdown of the process and work they were completing, letting me know how my system was performing with also offering possible next-steps to increase the longevity of my system.
Just had a complete new system installed and I just can’t express how glad I am that I called Air Express for the job. From the very beginning they were professional and very efficient. They answered all my questions and concerns about what was needed and explained things I didn’t understand in a way that I could understand and make good choices on the equipment installed. They offered me good suggestions and solutions to a problem I had with some of my duct work that had been problematic in the past. The installation was very clean, the system is quiet and efficient with a good warranty/service agreement. We checked them out before calling them and the reviews were right on, they were very courteous and I felt that they strive to do the job right. I would highly recommend them!
What a great experience! The team was very professional and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our purchase and install. Customer service was off the charts! Positive, respectful, and top notch from the first call to final install. We received a text with who was coming out to our home, a picture of them and a small bio… wow! Then, we learned about the years of experience for our install team and how Lionel taught and trained his brothers how do do this work as well. Install took a few hours and they worked hard through complications, but stayed positive and got it done. The unit is so quiet we can barely hear it at night. Our space is cooler than its ever been and we would highly recommend this Ahoy team and the services they provide. Truly best in class.

The owner of this company Adam Washburn came to my home 1/18/23 to provide an estimate. Not only was he condescending and disrespectful, he had the audacity to put his feet up in a reclining position on my patio furniture while telling me how hie was smarter than anyone else I’d speak to on this matter, how I probably couldn’t afford the $70K zone system he was pitching to me. He was more interested in his agenda than actually providing me the formation I needed for my home. At one point he stated “ I don’t understand why we’re at odds”, mainly because I asked questions, requested he provide me details on the type of system I was looking for and not a system typical used in a commercial setting. Honestly I should have kicked him out the second he put his feet up on my furniture. I was so disgusted following my interaction with this owner that I wouldn’t spend 1 RED CENT with this company.
I moved to a new house in September 2020. Two years later, I realized it was past time to set up AC maintenance (because - TAMPA!) I found Air Express LLC online and contacted them for a quote on tune-up service. Everyone I worked with was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. Natasha was our appointment coordinator. She was able to schedule a service call the same week I reached out, and set clear expectations as to the service parameters, cost, and time frame. She kept me updated with text messages and emails the entire way along. Zach R. was our technician - he was able to come out sooner than originally scheduled, and the office called to confirm if we wanted the earlier time. Zach arrived promptly - he was an incredibly professional and knowledgeable consultant. He offered several solutions for our HVAC system, and explained each step of the process as well as recapping what services had been performed. I will be contacting this company again to install a new air purification system, and will want them to handle any routine maintenance going forward. Incredible, stress-free experience with clear next steps.

We were recommended to call Ahoy! from a friend. They did not disappoint! We received a text message with a photo of the technician before he arrived. The technician even put shoe covers on to protect our flooring. He was super friendly and explained everything in detail. We will be recommending Ahoy! to all of our friends!
We worked with a couple of Ahoy! technicians due to the scope of the work needed to be completed. Each were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were able to provide a diagnosis in timely manner and did a great job fixing our system and getting the air working. Thank you!
House came with a shoddily installed AC on the 2nd floor. Zach helped me diagnose the multiple problems over the year and ultimately helped me pick out the proper AC unit for my needs. Him, and his installers Wilfredo and Edgar were quick and efficient to properly install my new AC. It's much quieter and efficient. Zach even hooked me up with a remote sensor to allow my Google nest thermostat to cool to the sensor instead of just the thermostat. Thanks! November 30th, 2022 update: AC works great, but needed some tweaks to the programming as it sometimes thought there was a problem and shut down the condenser for safety. And while I'm glad it does that, this wasn't a real problem and falsely triggered when I changed the mode on the thermostat. They came out to adjust the programming and installed an upgrade for free to help mitigate this mode change issue.

Had my AC break. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem-it was a major issue. They brought the part the next day and soon everything was running smoothly. Overall, great experience!
My one year old AC stoped cooling and I called Express AC. Chris, came out and determined that coil was leaking refrigerant in air handler. Here’s the lucky part for me: even though I was only a few months outside of labor warranty, Express Ac authorized free repair. It would have cost me $4000 or so to get it fixed.. yikes! Lucked out on life’s choices there I did. Chris was professional and wore little protective slip on socks on his boots every time he came indoors to avoid tracking in dirt. That was a nice touch! Chris did a very thorough inspection , it took him nearly 3 hours to diagnose the problem. Great to deal with!
When you live in Florida, you know that a/c is not a luxury but an essential part of your daily well being, that is why having a reliable professional company servicing your all a/c need is "a must". Air Express is all that, we have been using their services for the past 6 years from routine maintenance to replacing the a/c system. The whole Air Express crew is a team of professional , caring , honest and knowledgable people. I cannot praise enough their office manager, Natasha, who is always going above and beyond to help you with any questions or problems you might have (she is also super patient and caring), all the technicians who are also very detailed and know their job to the best. All in all , we highly recommend their services for all of your a/c needs, and wish the company lots of success under their new rebranding name -Ahoy! Thank you !
Great service from this company. Latest maintenance was 30 minutes late with no communication. Once on site, tech was professional and efficient.
