I called Apex Heating & Cooling late this afternoon. They immediately dispatched a customer service tech, who diagnosed the problem and had the part to get our AC back up and running in no time at all. We are one happy family as our 3 babies under 3 will not have to sweat out another night & day!

Our previous air conditioner was making a lot of noise, so we called them, and they swiftly came out to have a look. They discovered that the compressor was the issue, but they also made some other recommendations for keeping it operating properly, which we took into consideration. The guy was friendly and competent, and he thoroughly described everything he was doing so that we could comprehend it. Our appreciation for their labour is sincere.
Never had a better experience. The workers are always very friendly and professional, the service is quick and affordable. I highly recommend this company!
We had a great experience with this company. They were able to come out on short notice to fix our heating and air conditioning unit that was not working properly. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and get us up and running again with no issues!
So happy to find a company that could do the work I needed. I called them up and they came out right away to take care of my heating and air conditioning issues. They were polite, efficient, and professional.

Reached out to Apex Heating and Cooling, while the response was quick, they took money for actions that were not done on the unit. Only Freon was put in the unit and coils were not cleaned. We have photos to prove the work was never done beside the Freon and they are not willing to fact check with the technician that supposedly did the work. If the work was done there would have been sufficient evidence of such, either from the tech or when I the homeowner took the photos of the unit after the “work” was done. I have yet to have management reach out to me about getting the proper protocol on a refund. If anything I should only be charged for a service call as nothing was resolved. Very sketchy business, beware !!
Lois responded quickly, got parts rushed to us, and got it fixed ASAP. I was surprised he could even access the furnace where it sits. He also made some upgrades that should keep the thing running for years. Reasonable prices.Seems very honest. We couldn't be happier.
Apex Heating & Cooling is INCREDIBLE! After my brief description of what was happening with our AC not working, the technician knew right away what the problem could be based off of the sound I heard from the unit. He was able to fix it quickly and was so informative walking me through what was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and genuine with his service. Cannot recommend them enough! James and Paul were excellent installers! Displayed great professionalism. They worked non stop until the installation was complete. They tested the air conditioning to make sure it was working properly before they left and asked if I had any questions. Overall a very satisfied client and highly recommend them!
Apex Heating & Cooling has been incredible from the beginning! They did a full replacement of my heating and air conditioning systems last year!! Kelvin came last week to service our system, and he took the time to go over everything with me, making sure I understood what he did and how the system operates. Top notch!!

My heat pump stopped working and Apex Heating & Cooling came out the same day. Ken was able to fix it and was very good at explaining things in layman terms that I could understand. He even gave me a lesson on routine maintenance for the air handler. Apex Heating & Cooling is the only place I have used for over a year now.
Ken was so professional and so kind. He explained everything to me and did everything that need to be done. But his warmth and friendliness was so appreciated in this crazy world. Ken did our annual furnace servicing for the second year in a row. He is wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and thorough! He remembered everything from the year before and was very committed in explaining findings in detail. Excellent and quick execution . Cant recommend them highly enough and I always call him for all my HVAC needs.
Highly recommend Apex Heating & Cooling. We had an emergency situation in which we contacted Apex Heating & Cooling and within an hour we had an appointment scheduled and our problem was resolved later that day. The service technicians were very friendly, respectful, and even wore booties over the work boots so that they wouldn't drag any dirt into our home. Very happy that we used this company and now they have a customer for life!!
Apex Heating & Cooling places more value on making life long customers than making a quick dollar and took the time to explain to me why my unit needed to be replaced without pressuring me to replace it now. They fixed the broken part and got it working again and refused to accept my payment due to the poor condition of the unit. I will definitely be using them to replace my unit when that time comes and appreciate their genuine honesty and high standard of work ethics.
I purchased and requested installation of an A/C unit from Apex Heating & Cooling. The unit was competitively priced and the installation was quick, clean, courteous, and professional. All trash and mess from the installation was cleaned and my A/C unit has been working great. I highly recommend Apex Heating & Cooling for both A/C purchase and installation.
Ken was very nice and very professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction and was happy to repeat items as needed. He did a great job of explaining and showing what would be needed and what was good that could be used from the current system.
