This company is stellar!!! Justin and James diagnosed and fixed the issues that we have had with our ac unit. They were very friendly and professional. If you are in need of a good hvac company in the area give Best Heating & Air Conditioning a call.
For context, temperatures in miami dropped to the upper 40s and my HVAC was not blowing ANY hot air. Firstly, you have to pay $79 for an appointment just so the technician to come to your home (red flag). When the technician see that my HVAC is BOSCH he makes a face (red flag). After 35 minutes he said he thinks (red flag) it’s a new part when my unit is only 6 years old but that someone will call me the next morning. The next morning ones and goes and no one calls (red flag). I call at the end of day and they said someone will call me back at end-of-day. Waiting for that call and if/when they call I will update this post with the outcome. At this point we totally feel scammed and still no heat.
This firm was efficient in every step of the job: quick and detailed estimate, responsive to the questions, knowledgeable about the ductless split systems. Installation was uneventful, everything as promised, high quality. Excellent communication throughout the process.
We have worked with Best Heating & Air Conditioning for years. They are our "go to" for all of the properties that we own. They have been maintaining our HVAC systems and more recently have moved into taking care of our plumbing issues we have. I would recommend them to anyone. Their technicians are friendly and professional. They explain what needs to be done and get it done quickly.
I needed my thermostat upgraded and called for an emergency service to do the job. I was very impressed with the quality of work performed on my unit and how thorough he was with assuring my smart thermostat worked correctly. Best Heating & Air Conditioning is by far the best and will hire again.
Our furnace went out and we called Best Heating & Air Conditioning to replace it. They were quick to respond and they found a huge mistake by our home builder, so we ended up replacing our original furnace and air conditioning unit. The staff worked hard and went above and beyond to improve the space around the furnace in our attic.
Our service tech was extremely professional. He was on time and was accurate and considerate. He explained what caused our problem, then successfully fixed it. Our experience could not have been better! Highly recommended and will hire again.
We own a high-efficiency furnace that is a bit complicated. Other HVAC companies have struggled servicing this furnace in the past. Randy dug in hard, found the problem, and resolved our issues. We are up and running again. Very high professionalism and very responsive. Thank you.
Best Heating & Air Conditioning is the only AC business that is that trustworthy or considerate. They just installed a brand-new unit today, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on it. I've known them for years and I'll know them for a very long time.

Eric and John were absolutely the best! Both were very professional, friendly and did a good job. They walked me through their process of opening the drain and gave me tips for preventative maintenance. They even gave our dog lots of pets, which he adored! We will certainly be using Best Heating & Air Conditioning again and recommending it to our peers!!
