We rescheduled 3-4 times based on the part not being available when you thought it would. Just schedule when everything is aligned; parts ready to go and technician ready to go = then schedule
The technician attempted to charge $400 to clean the drain line from the air handler. We paid his service call charge and asked him to leave. We were able to get the unit running again by clearing the drain line with a wet/dry vacuum. The next day a different HVAC company checked the AC system and confirmed everything was fine.
Issue with A/C unit kicking out- Easy to schedule, came on time. Tech found the issue quickly and resolved it, however when the tech did a drain line cleaning on the A/C unit they didn't put the float valve back together correctly causing the A/C unit to shut down within minutes after the tech left. I called their office, and they had the service tech back to our house within 45 mins to fix the issue. Not happy that I had to call them back, but they responded well. This would have been a 2-3 star had they not responded the way they did.
I have an ac unit that tripped the breaker due to it running non stop. Had Total Air out to see what was going on with my 15 month old unit. The service guy was nice but was really more interested in selling me a new unit and duct work than he was with repairing the issues. Told me my 4 ton unit was only meant for 15-1600 sqft. End of the day I had to go into the attic and stuff a towel into the giant gap in the supply line that had torn away from the furnace. He was here four days ago and was going to have someone call me to repair the duct…. Never heard from them again.This is the service I got, hope you get something better if you use them. I won’t be calling them back for any future work.
Lifesavers! A/C Unit stopped working in the heat of summer. Their crew was able to provide same day service. The tech was very professional and helped break down the issues so it was easy to understand the problems and solutions. Highly recommend!!!

Hi there, Just wanted to share my experience. I had AC issues I called total air and they ended up sending somebody the same day to come look at my AC unit! The whole process was quick, simple, and easy. Marvin Robinson was our tech and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very informative of what our issue was and quick to tell us how to resolve it the cheapest way possible. I definitely recommend these guys and hope people get an AC tech like Marvin. Who definitely not out to get you for your money very professional. Thanks so much
We just came home from the hospital with a newborn to find out a/c unit not working properly. Tom came by and was very professional and honest with his inspection. Will be waiting for a quote for repairs but will be working with them recommended this company. :)
This company came out multiple times until we figured out what really was going on with our AC. They didnt charge us every time they came out. They fit us into the schedule the same day every time i called. We ordered a new motor and they came out late Friday so that we didnt have to wait unti Monday. Lindsay in dispatch is awesome.
The tech, Marvin, was very helpful and thorough taking the time to properly inspect and diagnose why our A/C wasn't working. I very much appreciate his time, kindness and professionism.

Total Air was fast and efficient with getting our central air system replaced and our home comfortable again. Their technicians Josh and Caleb were very professional and friendly. I would recommend Total Air to anyone who needs help with their air conditioning.
Very good service and very professional. The tech Wade was very honest with me and explained what needed to happen very well. He showed me a few examples of the repair needed with pricing and advised on replacement of the whole unit. I was hesitant but after his explain it was clear he was drawing on a vast knowledge and not just trying to make a sale. He proved that he had the best interest for us in mind with the service call.
Total air performed high quality work in a timely manner. From Jonathan the sales rep to my installers, Josh and Shania, their work was very high quality. They were also very responsive throughout the whole process. 5 Stars!
When my AC stopped working their technician explained that they would have caught the failing capacitor if I had been getting regular check ups and I wouldn't have had to deal with the outage I experienced, and that I could pay monthly for their twice yearly checkup membership. Bonus; the membership gives you 15% off repairs! They've always been very professional and courteous.
I had a new a/c system installed yesterday, and despite the Florida heat/humidity and my very tiny attic, the install went splendidly! Starting with Jeff, the Sales Associate, who arrived at my house for an estimate on time and was patient, professional, thorough, and very helpful. He also stopped by on the day of the install to make sure everything was going well. Josh and Shania also showed up to my house the day of the install on time and were polite, professional, thorough, and worked excellently as a team. They both showed dedication to their workmanship and genuinely cared about delivering a quality install. Kip also showed up a couple of times to check on the team, the install, and even delivered drinks to ensure they were keeping hydrated. I highly recommend Total Air – a locally owned business that truly cares about their people and their customers!
Total Air has always provided great service, but the Amana unit they installed has broken down multiple times in the past 5 years. So even though it has a 10-year parts and labor warranty you have to pay for service calls and Freon to keep the house cool until they replace the defective coil in the air handler. I am now on the 3rd coil in 5 years. So even with the warranty I’m out at least $600 and I just got another bill for $356 for Freon. I contact many people at Amana all the way to VPs and they basically said, sorry but you have to pay for the Freon even though the unit is defective. I most likely will never buy another Amana product again.
Total Air is TOP NOTCH! Their employees have all been very respectful, informative, patient, and very willing to help. Our A.C. went out and we found out that unfortunately, though not surprisingly, it needs to be replaced. (It was installed in 1997) We worked with Tom L. and Jonathan B. and they were a pleasure to work with. Jonathan in particular walked us through our quote and all of the details of what an install would entail. He gave us a really great price and let us know all of our financing options. I would HIGHLY recommend!
