Olsi was awesome! He was super responsive and came out on a Sunday to help get our AC back on. He was great at explaining the issue and addressing quickly.
John was very knowledgeable and respectful during his inspection. He provided multiple options and straightforward answers to my questions. I appreciated his honesty and integrity and would highly recommend.

Waithin one hour of this review I was contacted by an administrator of this company. The gentleman was extremely professional and apologetic for the action of one of his employees. He assured me, and I believe him, that this is NOT the way his company is run nor treats their clients. He promised he me would addrress the problem in an appropriate way, and again I BELIEVE HIM, to see that this does not happen again. I thanked him for his sincerity and professionalism. Although I have moved on and am under contract with another company, I would give this company a second chance. The fine men and women who are part of their team do not deserve to be punished for the selfish act of one person. The representative did not even show up. He made a phone call and you could immediately tell that he had absolutely no interest in getting this account. It was on the order of a bad joke hopefully he is not indicative of the working men and women you have on your team. It only takes one to give the entire team a blackeye. Should you wish to talk to me by phone I would be happy to answer additional questions. and as far as our project is concerned, it starts on July 10, and we will have a very nice trane air conditioner installed Along with A complete no set of ductwork. This company and his representative really wanted our business and we’re appreciative. Sorry if I sound so negative but it is what it is. I’m certainly not angry, but just disappointed in people who obviously don’t enjoy the work they do.

Flogert was amazing!!! Called with an emergency need for service - he was at my house within 30 minutes and successfully resolved the issue (blown capacitor) within 20 minutes. He went the extra mile and diagnosed the larger issue of airflow (missed by multiple other companies) and was truly a trusted service advisor and a wonderful technician. I’d give Flogert and Smart 10 Stars if I could. Will definitely be using them again!!
Olsai was just fantastic! My unit is only 1.5yrs old but had it installed by an electric company that was incompetent. And since it has been in place it was less efficient than my old unit. Even though it's a larger unit. I had called out other AC repair places to try and nail down why this system wasn't keeping the house cool. On hot days it literally couldn't keep up trying to hit that set temp. But Olsai came out and first dealt with my whole unit frozen over. After allowing the coils to defrost, he then discovered something no one had ever picked up. My units blower was set to a low speed. So I was essentially never getting the full capability of a 5 ton unit. He set the blower speed to the proper setting and cool air was now flowing through the house. Thank you so much for your experience, professionalism, and detailed approach to my issue. You are now my go to company for my HVAC needs
John was very knowledgeable and up front about everything. I've had 5 other companies come in and look at my system and give me quotes so I've learned some about the process. After seeing everyone else and then seeing John, I was comfortable making the purchase that day. Thank you John for making everything so smooth and easy!

John is an amazing HVAC technician with exceptional customer service. He repaired my ac after the thermostat turned off and wouldn't turn on. We immediately called Smart Heating and Cooling and they answered within a couple minutes. They were able to come out the same day and even showed up 30 minutes sooner than expected. John was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He answered all of our questions throughly allowing me to fully understand my options. He definitely went above and beyond by continuing to check my outside unit even after the initial reason we called was resolved. I highly recommend this company if you need routine or emergency service.
John came out for a maintenance call. He was on time, professional and did a great job. Definitely recommend!
Olsi came out today for a humidity issue we were having. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it without any additional parts needed. He was awesome! While he was here I had him install an air ionizer to improve the air quality and remove bacteria to help our HVAC perform at its highest level.
John was awesome and took the time to explain all options to me and then again on the phone to my husband. He was honest and gave us the best advice for our needs! We can't wait for our new unit to be installed tomorrow!
Flogard did a superb job. Came out at 8pm. Saved me from a hot & humid night sleep. Very courteous & efficient. Don’t hesitate to call.
