Put in a service request online early in the morning. Got a call around 7:45 am. A/C fixed by 9:30am! Would definitely recommend.

I had called Phillips based upon recommendations from other owners in my complex. Our unit, while running, was not cooling (91 degrees at 7pm inside). They gave us a time and they even showed up slightly ahead of schedule. Expecting the worst since it is close to 20 years old, the tech came out, checked it, and said it was the capacitor and fan motor. Their office is just down the street from our complex; he was back in 20 minutes or so. Surprise, once the capacitor was replaced and the fan motor cleaned, no fan motor was required. Total cost was VERY reasonable. It was a wonderful experience, if any repair scenario can be wonderful. Anyway, we are sold on Phillips, and will use them to replace our unit when it is time.

I had an electrical fire in my attic and my air handler caught on fire (quite a scary experience). I contacted 3 a/c companies to obtain quotes on replacing my air handler. I decided on Phillips because Luke was responsive, came out the next day, he explained to me what needed to be done and provided me with options. The quote wasn’t the cheapest but I felt confident that he could get the job done (reviews also helped me). I received text and email communications when the crew was on the way and the subsequent invoicing/billing process was easy to understand and accept. I’ve recommended Phillips A/C to friends who also needed new equipment and they are using them as well. Give them a call. Their customer service is awesome!
