Great experience! Mike came out the next day to look over our issue at home. Our air handler was not cooling properly and blowing warm air . Within seconds of me turning the unit on , Mike was able to diagnose the issue to a faulty compressor. Mike was professional and responsive! Had all the parts on hand and in the truck. Mike new I had a time crunch and needed to leave by a certain hour. Mike was able to fix my unit quickly without compromising quality . He even checked the refrigerants while he was there! Great job guys! Thank you again

I absolutely LOVE Operation Air!! They have been servicing my air since I moved in 2013. My system was basically an antique, and they helped me 'baby' the system until I could afford a new one. They worked around my tight schedule, always on time, and several times a real life saver when my old system had 'issues'. They also service my brother's equally antique system, and gave us a great deal when it came time to replace both systems. Jennifer and Micheal are wonderful, and I wouldn't use anyone else!!
You guys are the best. We had to replace our ducts because of mold. Choose to go with them because of the price quote and service history with us. However we ran into a few issues. Not any fault of their's. Im just a very very very particular customer. But for every problem I had Mike and the guys met them with an above and beyond solution. I would like to thank Jennifer for putting up with my many many calls. I promise the next one will be for our annual service. Lol. Also thanks to the rest of the operation air team for a job well done.
They came out extremely quickly when my AC stopped working and were able to repair the unit when others told me it needed to be replaced. Highly recommend them!
I recommend operation air if you want the job done right and to not over pay. I had a quote for $300 from Phillips AC to hookup my heat strips and replace a breaker with a 40 amp incorrect size. Operation air came out and properly assessed the situation and came to the conclusion that the breaker needed to be a 60 amp and the heat strips needed to be hooked up. Their total bill came in at $183. Although it’s cheaper than the 300 I was originally Quoted from the previous company it’s still a little pricey for the work that was done. I am happy with their service I will use them again because they are trustworthy and reliable.
Extremely happy with Michael and Joe from Operation Air !! Michael came out to the house to go over the process and walk me through everything that was going to be done. I needed the unit in right away. So within a week everything was replaced in one day. I can finally say that l highly recommend a company that has done work for me.
Have used this company for years including buying a replacement unit and was always very pleased to support a small business as I grew up in the HVAC business that my Dad owned.

Michael and Jennifer are a pleasure to do business with, they are very helpful and considerate, going above and beyond to make sure things are done to satisfaction. The new A/C system that was installed on Oct 24/19 was done professionally and works great. This is the 3rd property that Operation Air has installed a new A/C system for me. They have been wonderful with service and maintenance calls for the last 9 years as well. Their workers are well-trained and conscientious too, Joe also put in long hours to make sure things were done well. I am very happy with Operation Air and will continue calling them for future needs and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or replacement. Excellent service, reasonable prices.

So thankful for Operation Air. I had the duct test ran thanks to Duke Energy. They were so professional, diagnosed the problem with the AC system not cooling the bedroom. Explained what would be done, set it up immediately and did a professional and quality job! Highly recommend!
WOW!! Operation Air replaced old ductwork in our home. Our central air was an add on. The original installers made no effort to make the ductwork in the attic neat. When Operation Air finished it looked like a new home installation. Everything was neatly strapped to the rafters and very neat and tidy. Technicians were here exactly when they said they would be. They were really polite. They explained everything along the way. I would highly recommend!!
By saying Joe is one amazing human being is an understatement! He is so thorough, pays attention to minute details, CARING, sincere and very professional. He has spent many hours on our outside unit, in this heat, with not a single complaint to be heard from him. Thank you Joe!!! It’s a true pleasure meeting you.
