Richard is so wonderful came out the same day service was fast and he’s extremely friendly I definitely recommend him will continue to work with him in future.

Called at 400 on Friday afternoon and was fixed by 5. Tech was polite and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Mr. No Sweat was nothing short of amazing. I called after hours for an emergency, because my kids and I were too hot and uncomfortable to get any sleep until the next day. Even at almost 10PM, the technician who showed up was happy, informative, and seemed as though he genuinely loved his job. After a new capacitor and some time looking over the full system so I wouldn't have any more issues, I was back up and running and comfortable that night. My kids and I were so grateful, and I will absolutely be calling them if I need anything in the future.
Mr. No Sweat was awesome! They came out on time right when they said they would, quickly found my problem, and mentioned to me some other issues that might give me problems in the future. They didn't make me feel pressured into spending money, they were super pleasant, and they just made the whole experience as comfortable as possible. I can't wait to see them again for my maintenance in 6 months!
If you want it fixed right the FIRST TIME call Mr. NO SWEAT! If you want to SAVE MONEY call MR NO SWEAT! Don't trust your system to anyone else. I highly recommend them and Ryan is very very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand.
Let me tell how happy I am with these guys at Mr. No Sweat were were incredible. The guy that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and informative, and kept me updated every step of the way. The gentleman who came out for my diagnostic was very nice and obviously knew what he was talking about in his trade. The pricing was fair, the work was great, and the experience was extremely pleasant. I'll definitely be calling them from here on out!
Best AC company in the Tampa Bay area! Within a few hours of reaching out these guys showed up and did a very timely and affordable service, my unit has been running with no issues since. I can't thank you guys enough!

Speedy and honest. They saved us on a holiday weekend over the summer and got our AC working quickly and fixed the thermostat too. Couldn’t have been happier with the service or the price. Highly recommend.

The AC went out at our rental property on a Sunday and Rick was able to come out on short notice. Very professional and did the repair at a reasonable price. We would definitely use Rick again.
November of last year my home warranty co sent out mr no care to access a gas leak,after the repair the technician suggested cleaning the Coils and adding overflow switches. My wife agreed . The past week the system overflowed causing damage to my floor and cieling,come to find out there is only 1 overflow sw and we have 2 units I called the company and explained the situation,the refuse to take any responsibility ,do not hire they will only do half the job

Unprofessional and Unresponsive. Expect delays, missed timeframes, constant reschedules, and very little communication. If you choose to move forward with this company anyway, DO NOT pay in full until you have verified all components have been installed satisfactorily. BUYER BEWARE. Paid $8700 for: 4 ton split system (grand aire) - Installed on 2/25/22 Removal of old system (left in my backyard) - Removed on 6/3/22 UV Light - Installed on 6/3/22 Zone System - Partially installed, but inoperable as of 6/13/22 (last time I allowed them into my home) Water damage in attic (location of air handler)- Experienced 5/11/22 - Present On their last visit, I was told to my face that the Zone system was installed and that this thermostat controlled the downstairs and that thermostat controlled the upstairs. On 6/14, It was established that the Zone system was NOT hooked up, and the thermostat that was installed was as it appeared to be - a simple thermostat. Not dampers installed, thermostat not hooked up to zone board. If they choose to reply to this message, expect them to state that I did not communicate with them or that the secondary HVAC contractor 'did a horrible job' which caused them to lie to me and to install this thing improperly. Laughable, considering they do not answer phone calls (at least from me) and they answer half or less of all texts. Often, when I would text them for confirmation about anything - they would only respond after multiple attempts at both texting and calling. The secondary HVAC company that came out, their first visit was on 6/6/22. Make your own decisions on that one and learn from my mistake that was using this company.
