Your tech Steven has to be one of the most professional electricians I've ever seen. He's very courteous and kind. Explains things in a very understandable way. And above all is a great asset for any company to have around. I would rate that man 10 stars if I could. Give him a raise and a good old pat on the back.
After spending $14,000 on a new AC system which was recommended by this company we were without AC 6 months later for a total of 3 weeks. Their communication was terrible where they continued to push us off saying a part needed to be ordered. The entire compressor which was new and under warranty was defective and needed to be replaced but they would not replace it and made us suffer in the 90degree heat weeks upon weeks saying it would only be another day. Each time they said it was another day ordering a new part added up to 3 weeks. We are under warrant with this company or we would have gone elsewhere. Would not recommend.
Kery was efficient and very knowledgeable. He informed me that the reason for the kitchen sink clog was because my water filter was not recharging and not working properly. I’m very thankful he informed me of this so I can get that taken care of.
Mike was the technician who came out, he was on time, explained the issue with the a/c thoroughly and was professional as well as friendly. I was very satisfied with the quality of the service.

Recently had Integrity Home Solutions come out and they sent their representative, Polo Evans. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We will utilize their services in the near future for several electrical projects. The company is very professional, follows up in a timely manner and their representatives display a high degree of professional knowledge. Highly recommended.
Excellent explanations about current system and cost of new system with 10 year warranty. Very professional. Unfortunatley no Kenetico seal washers without ordering them through Kenetico company. Richey was very courteous and very knowledgable.
Dan was a very awesome service tech he bent over backwards to make sure we had use of our facilities before he left. He cleaned up after he completed his job as well (unlike other plumbing services from my past history!) I would recommend him without a question!
Daniel was awesome! We had a problem with our pipes being clogged up. I called Integrity Home Repair and they were out within 2 hours. Daniel, the plumber, was friendly, efficient, and had the toilet flushing in no time! I would definitely use these services again!
William Sunn was our Technician and was professional, neat, quiet and got the job done. We needed a Chandelier removed and replaced with another light fixture. Will use Integrity Home Solutions again
Regular inspection performed. Ronald was practical, thorough, and a great communicator. When explaining his findings he did not push for a sake with force. He is a great front man!
I had several outlets, a switch, and a stove outlet that needed work. Steve Thompson was the technician who helped me. He was really great at explaining everything involved, time it would take, and cost. he didn't try to upsell me anything and treated me with respect. He was on time to his scheduled visits and did his work efficiently. I am super happy I used this company.
Tyler did a thorough inspection of plumbing fixtures and equipment in the home and reported various issues. He was extremely courteous and professional.
Tommy was super nice and informative about my A/C and informed me that my A/C will probably not last much longer. So now I can start researching A/C units now before mine does break to get pricing
This is company is amazing. I was having a an electrical issue with my breaker box and gave them a call at 7am and they had someone out to my home within 3 hours. My Electrical Technician was Brian and he was kind friendly and walked me through the whole process step by step, his customer service was amazing. I will definitely be using this company again.
