We just had our AC replaced a week ago and we had AC in our garage with our old unit. Had a tech come out to take a look to see why the AC stopped working in the garage and they stated that the duct work needs to be done in order to have AC run to our garage but stated I would have to pay more money. I just don’t see how I had AC in my garage and all of a sudden they installed a new unit and it stopped working. I feel like this company is money grabber and they blame it on the inspection stating it will not pass which is incorrect if it was installed with our old AC. Please take your business else where at least a small local company that deserves your business.
They were ontime, got the job done effectively and efficiently, and noted an installation error, called the repair team and will have them come out free of charge. Very thorough. Highly recommend Niko & Enriq

7th update - techs are still very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the sales person put 3 ton in a 1740 Sq ft house for 15,000 and it can’t cool any room below 78 between 3:30-10pm )as a nerd trying to figure out issue, have showed them 3rd party thermometer and hygrometers indicating system is failing after 44 days of readings - vents cool at 63 degrees (via infrared thermometer at all 10 vents) when outside temp is 80 degrees or higher (first call was to seal 1/2” gap between box and air handler - never a good sign for expecting quality and enjoyed dust/gas fumes from garage). Still highly recommend them for ONLY REPAIR, the Repair Techs doing warranty work are great -BUT, unfortunately, had them (different ones) out 4 times to address installation issues in first 30 days and 7 months later still having techs )3 more) come out to get the house to cool under 78 on most days. They need to have someone inspect sales installations - we all make mistakes and that’s all they needed to avoid having techs come out after installation. My 8 year old unit they talked me out of costed me 30$ less a month and could cool rooms to 76…..guess that’s why they suggest 1700$ warranty work to back charge manufacturer knowing they will make a killing on service calls!! Talked to home depot Tuesday, installation rep was out Wednesday and new AC installed Thursday! Couldn’t be happier! Great customer service
The team was able to get this knocked out in a day and we couldn’t be happier
I would caution anyone thinking about Ars. I have used them for years, but their prices for routine service has gotten very high. All they do is try snd up sale you. I’m looking elsewhere for my A/C services.
Bait and switch. Do not trust or believe the sales representatives that come to your house. They are more interested in pushing the UV filter on you than standing behind their word. Did not honor pricing, unresponsive to requests, and I’m still waiting on management to follow-up with me. There are other reputable companies in the area that deserve your business.
From the tech that came to do the tune up to the sales person and the guys that came to do the install the unit, all were very professional and knowledgeable Chaz and his partner gave me updates throughout the entire install. Great guys. Would use them again.
Back 2019 we purchased a new 4 ton unit for the house, that unit had trouble cooling our house, so manager recommended a 5 ton due to the square footage of our house, since is being nothing but problems with this carrier unit, we’ve spent over $5,000 in repairs since the initial install, come to find out later with Del-air, that they left the 4 ton compressor and left the same air duct system which has caused an unbalanced situation thru out the years, and loosened up my insulation which is now coming out of my vents throughout the house. I’m currently dealing with ARS hoping they make repairs and proper adjustments to the system so it can run normally.
On July 3rd our AC went out, we called at 5pm after trying to get it working ourselves. ARS was able to get someone out that night to get us back up and running. Tristan stayed until 1:30am to make it happen. Thank you!
ARS sold and installed an AC unit in my home 2 years ago. It appears that manufacturers dont make AC units like they use to and sales persons should stop ve honest with customers. I had a some questions and concerns after a service call last week . THere was a need for the tech come back out on the same day of initial service call (the tech was honest and educated me on a few things opposite of the installer). Requested to speak with management on four different requests (1 by the tech and three phone calls via customer service) and as of today I'm still waiting. Not a good look after spending good money with this company and purchased a service plan. Show that you VALUE your customers beyond cute post on Facebook.
The technician was very cordial and knowledgeable. He explained step by step of he’s every inspection also offered maintenance plans. I was very happy with he’s performance.
Eksimiljan “X” was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the HVAC system, and the improper installation and issues that caused the problem. He was very courteous and with his ability to diagnose and explain proper system installation.
Even though I was quite clear in asking up front, "Do you work on individual room units?" and I was told, "Yes", this company does not. They are the fifth company I have contacted. The first three said they do not service this type of unit; the last two said they DID work on this type, but when service people arrived, I learned they do not. The two service reps were very apologetic, kind, and courteous.
Coordinating with me for connecting with the service technician was chaotic. Communication with the technician was difficult. Tried to sell me a trivial cleaning of drain for $100.
Sheldon the Air Tech was amazing! However the overall service is a nightmare. The call center has no idea who’s going where, neither the dispatchers in the location. They fail to update their customers on if the service provider will be late and cost me half my day. Also I don’t know who Evette is at the Tampa location but I would highly recommend putting some of the dispatchers back through training with the way they talk to their customers. Highly unprofessional in how she spoke and communicated. Sadly this review of 1 star would go to the overall service other wise as mentioned 5 stars got to Sheldon. Very professional and made sure to get it right something the dispatchers need to work on!
I highly recommend them, especially Eks. He arrived early, was very courteous and listened to my questions. He thoroughly explained the problems and even took pictures and videos to show me what was going on with my AC system. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends!
Service person was less than professional, demeanor bordered on rude. When I asked where I could purchase filters for the unit. He did not know, did not offer any suggestions as to whom I could obtain this info.
We were very impressed by Tristan Latimer, he was very courteous and professional and informative, he was also one of the most honest technicians we’ve had since we’ve been using this company! Highly recommended!
