Setup an appt forr dryer vent clean up. Showed owner photos of where the dryer vent is and it goes to the roof, i was told that he doesnt want to take my money as it is an easy fix and it could be done by myself. Followed his instructions and got it done. Thanks for the honesty and not taking my money. Much appreciated. Will definitely give you a call if other services are needed!!!!
From the start (quote) business has professional and responsive. We have a recently built house (4/5 years) and doing the quote not only told us but showed us the start of mold. Was great at explaining recommendations based on allergies and health issues we were having. The day of service arrived on time, quick completion and clean up. Highly recommend and will be calling again for dryer cleaning. No more vent cleaning for us as we purchase the Halo for our ac handler.
