The salesman was thorough and professional when estimating the job and the technicians Anthony , Mike and John were perfectionists. They spent the whole day making sure everything was right and then took the time to go over the entire unit with me.
The team was incredibly polite and professional. Any queries or issues were always addressed within a day. They were also really prompt in making appointments!
They come out to my house in the summer and winter to fix my heating and air conditioning systems. I have never had any issues with them or their work. They are very friendly, reliable, and professional. The technicians are knowledgeable about their jobs and do quality work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning services!

We communicated with Dan during the whole process. He was very professional and always kept in touch with us to ensure a smooth installation. The company was able to install the AC in less than 6 hours the next day that we moved. The AC cools the home very efficiently and the ecobee system is super convenient. They exceeded our expectations.
I called to have my heating serviced since it has been a long time since it has been used. The technician told me I needed a new UV bulb and quoted a price of $450.00 for the bulb. He also said that when he turned on my heat he saw the wire spark and said there was a short in the wire and it would need to be replaced and it would cost $350.00 and take an hour to change. Something about this did not seem right so I did some research online and noted that UV bulbs (for a 3 pack of Lennox bulbs) cost $53.00!! When I shared this with the technician he told me ACE has special bulbs you cannot purchase online and that the bulbs online did not work effectively. I did not believe the technician so I declined the work and said I would get a second opinion. The technician then told me he “was going to help me out”, that it seems someone else detached the wire to the UV bulb and it worked just fine after all and he reconnected the wire! Wow, I strongly believe I just avoided being swindled out of $800.00. Regardless I had to pay $105.00 for this service call. Homeowners beware! If something doesn’t sound right, trust your instincts!! I would not recommend this business due to very dishonest tactics and practices.
We’ve had unfortunate luck as our downstairs AC unit has had issues on multiple occasions where it stopped working and it’s only 4 years old. However, Anderson and his staff have always perfectly evaluated every issue and fixed so quickly. They are very professional and thorough while still getting the job done quickly. I highly recommend them!
They installed a new furnace and air conditioning units and did a good job. We noticed a small problem and called them they sent a technician over same day and he fixed problem. They are very responsive to your calls and their employees are courteous especially Dennis he is the best.
I called Ace Heating & Cooling Service Inc for my AC unit repair and was able to send out a technician the same day I called. He was very polite and explained what was doing. He also took his time to answer my questions. He was very professional and he managed to get our unit working within a very short period of time.I would definitely recommend them.
Finally I found a good reliable company to trust, with my heating and cooling issues. Dennis came out and was very knowledgeable and courteous and well educated. He didn’t pressure me on anything gave me info some products of theirs, inspected my furnace cleaned it and was on his way.

They did a once over on my AC units and were very honest and open about what needed to be done. They are very professional and very thorough. I will NOT recommend anyone else.
