Gulf Coast keeps my house as cool as they are! Absolute pleasure to work with. They kept my old system going long past its expiration date and then were awesome with reasonable prices to put in my new system a few years ago. They are fantastic about maintenance appointments to keep me running. Gabe is an outstanding tech who is always on time, takes the time to really explain what is going on and tips on how to keep things in tip top shape. Will never use another company again.
Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to properly diagnose my ac, worked with the manufacturer to get the part warranted and installed the parts in just a few hours.

The was the first call to see if AC could be repaired. Rep was very pleasant and accommodating. He had to explain that the system is so old that even the repair (new compressor) would not be the end of my troubles, and the "fix" was not cheap. From my interaction with this rep I felt that he was honest and trustworthy, and not just a "smooth talker." Genuine honesty and a commitment to do the best possible for the customer are my number one "wants" from anyone I do business with. Other things tend to fall into place, assuming they are reasonably skilled professionals and the attitude is genuine.
Prompt, courteous and professional service. Second time I used Gulf Coast . Not only did Gabriel replace the old thermostat but he checked my system to rule out any other issues. Very satisfied with the company

The installation of a new AC/unit passed final Pinellas County inspection with no problems detected.

This company is great, and are willing to help with anything. They are not looking to sell you a new system if it's not needed, they are happy to keep your system running well for as long as possible.
Our A/C went down Friday night. We called Saturday morning and Gabriel was here within a few hours. We always use Gulf Coast hearing and Air. Gabriel and Gulf Coast are always outstanding!

Gabriel came out to determine what was wrong with our HVAC. He found the motor on the outside unit was bad. We decided to use Gulf Coast to fix our motor and board. Gabriel took the time to explain what was wrong and called to see if it was still under warranty. I feel he went above and beyond on his service call. We really appreciate Gulf Coast. The service is excellent and they are very competitive with pricing. Service personnel are top notch here. We had a new unit installed last year and are very satisfied. Not sure how we rated Gabriel today but, he was of course outstanding. Thorough on the job and took the time to explain everything he performed. High marks for Gulf Coast AC.
