JL Midas Breath Kleen is a family run business & they care more about doing outstanding insulation/HVAC work in our family’s home than companies who are more interested in their bottom line. Their installers called before hand to let us know they were on their way. The 2 young men finished up all of their insulation work we agreed upon & cleaned up quickly. The owner Kelly, called afterwards to make sure we were satisfied! Please consider JL Midas Breath Kleen for your HVAC issues. I’m confident you will be satisfied!

Omg they did an awesome job on installing all new ductwork and insulation of my attic. Jordan and Wesley were so professional and perfect gentleman. It was such a seamless install and they cleaned up perfectly after the job was completed. I would recommend them for any job. Kelly in the office was so nice to talk to and they went out of their way to help me. Thank you all. Before, not so pretty. After. Nice and neat and pretty in pink!!

Last Friday, we had James from JL Midas come out to the house to give us a quote on replacing the old, deteriorating ductwork and adding some blown-in insulation where it had settled and been pushed around over the last 35 years. During the inspection, we found black mold in the ducts. The amount of work that was done to save our system, and the manner in which it was done, were exceptional. James took the time to discuss all my options and then was able to fit us into the schedule the very next week, gave us a fair price for all the work, and the crew that came out to do the job was fantastic. All of the old ductwork was removed and replaced with properly hung, properly sized new ducts. The inlet and outlet of the air handler were sealed and all the registers were cleaned and sanitized. We had 3 pass-throughs installed, one new vent, and a ventilation jumper (essentially a fancier pass-through that better minimized noise and light transmission) installed for the master bedroom. Finally, the insulation for the entire house was topped off, so I know we will be much more comfortable this summer. The three young men that came to the house finished all this work in 2 short days, while remaining polite, considerate of the people and animals they had to work around, and accommodating to all the questions and concerns that I had. I am leaving out their names only out of respect for their privacy, but I would happily have them back anytime I need work done. It was time to have a new air conditioning unit installed and after shopping around a few companies we decided to go with JLMidas. The new unit was a bit daunting as they all are price wise, but they were very reasonable. And even better, our AC bill was cut in half... even in summer months. We needed some extra maintenance done and because they are local company here in Melbourne we didn't have to wait long like we do with companies that are based out of Orlando. Very friendly and professional!

I am thrilled with the work that JL Midas Breathe Kleen Aire did in my home. Mark was fantastic and he explained each and every detail of the process that needed to be done in my attic. He was very kind, professional, prompt, and did exactly what he said he would do. My home was built in the 1980's and the duct work was horrendous. One of the areas was even cradling a huge "bowl" of water ready to break free and through my ceiling. Mark took pictures and a video of the "rippling waves"! From my first phone call to Kelly, I felt very good about this company! You won't be sorry if you go with them! In a word, "They are The Best!!!"
Wow, Breathe Kleen was fantastic insulating our attic. We have an older house with a "tight" attic and they were able to get insulation everywhere. Gary climbed into the attic to do the estimate, and Joey had to swim thru some of the insulation to cover the addition. Kelly kept us informed thru the entire process, thank you to everyone.

A/C duct replacement. I received three quotes from local companies. Breathe Kleen Aire was not the lowest quote, but Mark provided the best information and plan to not only replace the ductwork, but to provide more cooling at the warm end of the house, so I hired JL Midas Breathe Kleen Aire. Mark, Jonathan, and Acento arrived when they said they would and proceeded to remove the existing ductwork. Once that was completed, they built new distribution boxes, installed the new ductwork, and return air passthroughs at each bedroom. (The passthroughs are a code requirement that the other quote providers did not tell me about.) Once completed, the cooling in the house was uniform for the first time since the house was built. The dust build up in the house has diminished significantly and we could actually feel the difference the the air quality. Additionally, I called them late on a Friday afternoon with an unrelated issue, and they sent Trevor down here to fix the problem. He came directly to Port Saint Lucie from Edgewater, arrived at around 7 in the evening and not only fixed the problem we were experiencing, but identified some other potential problems and fixed them. This is a good company. You get what you pay for...these guys are good.
They replaced our ducts and upgraded our vent. They did a great job!! We are very pleased with their work, knowledge.
Buyer beware: This company installed a completely new system just over a year ago. I have just gone through most of the summer without any AC because of a poorly designed, a poorly installed and a poorly diagnosed system. After countless visits from their technician that failed to find the fault they finally called in an expert from the distributer to show him that it was his equipment at fault. Within 30 minutes this guy showed that the system had been poorly planned and the installation of it had been poorly completed. My "new" ducts in the attic were now unattached. JL Midas did return the $1200 for new parts they had charged me. But have failed to make good on any of the other additional costs to me, including my garage flooding 3 times. Their excuses range from the county inspector passed it, to its poorly designed AC equipment, although its the one they sold me. Nothing seems to be their fault although they do seem quite proud that now its finally working as it should have done so from the start. They lacked the technical equipment to install and diagnose an AC system and had i known as much about AC systems then as I do now, I would never have used them.
Stay away. Rip off. Nothing but problems. Charged for a warrenty repair.
Shared a recent service with the Better Business Bureau. Policies and processes are not in place to warrant any work being accomplished. Bottom line any repair made is not on warranty or guarantee. Documentation is available for anyone's request.
Awesome value for the work done. They are very competitive in price. I got new ductwork installed and they all did a great job. Very satisfied with their work. They showed up on time and got the job done. I am getting my attic re insulated by them soon. Will update my review when done. They cleaned up everything their mess when they were done. Incredible job. I highly recommend this company. Update: got new insulation in attic. They did such a great job. They also installed a uv light and put it near the. Blower motor.im very Satisfied with my purchase. Waiting for inspection. Will update later.
I had issues with my air conditioner and I called J&L - breathe fresh air and the owner was here in 30 minutes solve the problem. Would recommend them for any AC service.
