Jake and Nelson replaced evaporator coils on both of our units today. Very personable, professional. Did a great job.
Finally called for air conditioning tune up after a year of being in the home we purchased here in Sebastian. Nelson Montalvo was our service professional, and he exemplified the word professional. He was kind and respectful. He provided a much needed tutorial on the care and maintenance of our system, to provide comfort and last as long as possible. Fortunately he was able to bring things back to order and get us on track with the twice a year maintenance agreement. He had suggestions on what to do monthly in between visits. He was here for most of the morning, making sure everything was in good working order and thoroughly cleaned, including the front of the unit itself. He was patient and showed me how to change the filter monthly and keen the drain clean with vinegar. I’ve asked Arnold Air to make a note in our file, that we would like Nelson to be the one to fulfill our twice a year maintenance as he inspires such confidence and trust.
Ryan Melaney was my representative today and what a beautiful job he did! His manner was excellent, his service was knowledgeable, his work, perfect! He was so friendly and easy to work with too. He answered all my questions so well, gave a fair, affordable price and didn't add pressure about extra things. He was so kind, straightforward; a perfect blend of professional excellence! Horrible company. Installed a 100k ac system at the building and will not service them anymore. They were only installed 2 years ago..
As long-time customers and happy owners of a Daikin A/C system, we just wanted to give a triple "thumbs-up" to the service performed today by Nelson Montalvo. He is a very courteous and knowledgeable tech professional and we would look forward to seeing him again.
Nelson Montalvo serviced my AC this morning. He was AWESOME in every aspect of his service! Explained everything in detail and gave me pointers on extending the life of my AC unit. Great guy! Great service!
Arnold Air Conditioning performed scheduled A/C System Maintenance for my unit on 5-17-2023. My service tech was Nelson Montalvo. During his service call, he discovered a major clog in the drain line and a failing capacitor. Both issues were repaired and tested. Nelson has excellent communication skills and he took the time to explain everything that was done to correct the problems. He offered upgrades that I may add to my A/C in the future and a couple of tips to keep my systems drain clear. Before he left, he asked if I had any questions or concerns. All of his work areas were cleaned spotless. When I worked for Publix, our goal was to "exceed the customer's expectations". That is exactly what Nelson did for me. He is everything you would want from an employee to represent your company.
Our AC spark and smoke today, called Arnold and Jose came out and serviced promptly and professionally he is the best always goes above and beyond , explains everything and always makes sure the rest of the unit is running properly and smoothly before he leaves . He was here within a half hour time . Hope Arnold Air values their employees because he definitely a keeper. If I spell his name wrong sorry. Thanks from Tina Falco and myself Saturday call

I have been a satisfied customer with Arnold Air Conditioning since 2019 and all I can say is, they are TOP shelf. From the call to Donna in the office who is very pleasant and very knowledgeable of the needs for your call. Today I had our home A/C system fully serviced as well as the Daikin mini split in my shop by Cody "Jake" Pierson. Jake was professional and thorough in completing his service tasks. April 2023. .. Finally all new system put In and it is perfect Excellent service. Once again a great local company. They go out of their way to help you. Even if they don't make any money off of you they're still willing to give you the best advice on what to do.and Donna You're great and so is the gentleman that answered the phone and took my email absolutely really kind gentle people thank you.
I signed a maintenance contract with Arnold Air Conditioning today. Jake was the tech who came out for a maintenance check on our system. He was very informative, professional and helpful. We’re very happy with the service he provided. So far this good company for HVAC needs.
No one these days are happy when you need to replace your AC in Florida. But the journey can at least be stress free with a familiar named company like Arnold AC and his great team. Raymond showed up on time inspecting the existing ac unit. He then spent time showing me the causes of the ac problems, some by taking cell pictures for clarity. I needed a new split system. Anthony arrived and provided several options, repair old or purchase new with 3 options. He walked me through in a manner I could understand, no pressure. I made a decision based on facts, not emotions. We were offered a portable ac till the job was complete, who does this! Bo and Tyler were my installers, what a team. They were wonderful, polite, quiet, clean...nah, super clean in finishing the job. When complete Bo walked me through the finished project both inside and out. Anthony came next day to review the work complete. This is a top quality company! AND... Now this is where the "happy" comes into play. 🙂. Arnold's AC was the best team to work with. I know I got the best equipment this time around. Their product is listed as top 5. The team is top number 1 in my book. Thanks guys!
When our new air conditioner stopped working, my husband called Arnold Air for help. We were given a quick appointment and Jake, their technician, arrived at our door right on time. Good news was, the unit only needed a replacement part. Bad news, it might take a week to get it. Luckily, though, an email from Arnold Air's David Cutler arrived two days later with news that the missing part came in early -- and he asked when Jake could come over install it. In a couple of hours, Jake was at our door. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time and patience to explain what he was doing. The unit is now cranking out cool air. A great experience.
Arnold’s has been doing my semi year maintenance and recently they replaced my fan motor. Very pleased with service and their employees. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Honest folks😄😄 Not using any more. Prices jumped with 1 vs 2 visits per year.

Donna in the office is very professional and nice to work with. Jesus, the service technician, is very knowledgeable, dependable and all around nice guy. These are the type of people that you want to have working for you. They really care and try to do what is best for their customers.
Arnold has been servicing our HVAC since we moved into our new home 6 years ago. Jake was just here and took care of everything to ensure our system is running as it should. The technicians always provide honest and expert service. We highly recommend the annual maintenance plan and appreciate the team at Arnold who provide such super service!!
