I've been using this company for a while now, and they're great. They help me get the air conditioning I need at a fair price.
We had a great experience with them. It was our first time using them and we were worried that they wouldn't be able to get our air conditioner working. But they came out within a few hours of calling and had the problem solved by the next day! They let us know what the issue was right away so there were no surprises. They also said they would be back in around two weeks to check on it again, but we haven't heard from them since. That's fine with me—I just want them to make sure everything is working properly before I have to call again!

Alex was at my house within 25 min after I called with an issue. He walked me through everything that he was doing step by step and gave me some tips/advice. The guys from Easy Heating And Cooling came to my house today to install a new on demand water heater system and American standard high efficiency furnace. Simply the best. My furnace quit in the middle of the night and Easy Heating And Cooling was there for me early in the morning. Same day service, and the best experience I could ask for. Mike was the guy.I really enjoyed working with him.He was extremely professional and made the assessment for a replacement HVAC unit for us and presented the various options. He did not try any upsell tactics on us but rather remained professional. The installation was done on time and done very well. Everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend this company!!
I had a great experience with Easy Heating And Cooling. My pilot light had a problem it couldn't light. I was scared that technicians would sell me expensive parts or a whole new furnace. Alex came out and suggested a new thermal coupling which fixed the problem. He also re-seated my burners which were in the wrong place and also a gas leak. My new furnace was really in bad shape. Fixed all that for an affordable price. We are happy and warm and safer now thanks to Alex.
My first experience with Easy Heating And Cooling was the very best I have ever had with any repair company. Alex was here for 2 days to install fluorescent fixtures and outlets. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and made every effort to do the work as I had planned. I will definitely call them again.
