VERY responsive…came out within 48 hours to install a smart thermostat. Professional and courteous! Would use them again for all my AC needs!!!!
Dan is always on time a very professional and gives you very good information on how to keep you equipment working. Always call this company for your Air Condition need….they’re very reliable.
Called them to check on my ac which had been running longer than usual. Dan was able to get to my place within an hour to check and confirmed the ac is low on refrigerant and topped it up and a leak detection.
I must say I am so please with the service Dan & his technician Sam provided me and my family. USA First A/C (Sam) provided excellent customer service, diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue all within 30 minute and charged me 1/3 of the cost the previous company quoted which was the wrong diagnosis from the beginning and we had been without air for 3 Florida days. Sam (USA First) arrived at the time of my appointment, showed me exactly what was wrong (which wasn’t the fan compressor previously quoted by the previous company who was trying to rip us off). USA First A/C is the absolute BEST, they will be my recommendations for your AC need. Again Thank you!

This company is beyond fantastic! Sami is the gentleman the company dispatched to my home when I first moved into my home when the AC broke. He was extremely nice, arrived early, fixed the issue and it was very reasonable. Since then, I have referred him to my family and we have been using them for 2 years now! Sami is always quick to respond if I have any issues and makes sure to come out to fix anything that is broken. He is very knowledgeable and only repairs what is necessary while also recommending things to extend the life of your unit. If you are looking for a very reputable company that stands behind it's work, please give them a call. I promise you will not be dissapointed!

Technician Sami from First A/C was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the A/C system in my home. Other than regular maintenance he warned me about capacitor and freon that required replacement and adding, respectively, thus saving me from possible breakdown and inefficiencies in the near future. The same were promptly taken care of. Sami also abided by all the COVID-19 safety measures without me asking for it.

I felt compelled to write this review as the customer service provided by this company was outstanding! I was having issues with my A/C unit for my tenant-occupied property. I'm currently about 2.5 hours away from the property, but felt at peace working with this company remotely as they continually kept me up-to-date. Sam was phenomenal! I felt like I was working with a friend/family who wanted the best for me and always kept me informed on all my options. Unfortunately the A/C unit had to be replaced, but I am so happy I found this company and had them do the replacement. Sam was always timely and his communication skills were exceptional. Highly recommend this company!

This air company showed up on the same day and took time to trouble shoot my issue. (Other companies have not). The technician was thorough and professional and paid much attention to social distancing. My issue was fixed for a great price! Highly recommend.
Great business...Highly recommend...the staff was amazing...they came out on a Sunday and were here within a hour to fix our unit. We have a ductless ac and Sam our technician was amazing he figured out the problem right away and started to work on it even as the Sun was setting.
