I’ve been a customer of Prime Time Cooling for almost 8 years now. They’re one of the good guys, and in South Florida, that can be rare. I trust Asiel and his team completely. They care about their customers, and always respond to your needs quickly. I’ll never use anyone else.
Asiel at Prime Time Cooling came highly recommended by an air conditioner repairman who no longer does installs. They gave a very competitive price which included permitting. The installers were very professional and cleaned the job site on completion. I am very happy with their service.
I called Prime Time for my AC repair and spoke to Asiel. He called me back very quickly and helped me troubleshoot a simple fix on the phone. (Battery in the thermostat!) That impressed me more than any service company and he followed up should I need service the same day. I highly recommend Prime Time Cooling
I called them out. I have bigger problems than could have imagined. But they stood by work and are going to fix my issues that inspector should have caught.
Amazing service! Fast, reasonable, good at what they do and extremely informative and nice! Have used their services since I bought my unit from them and have always been extremely happy and I'm hard to please! Amazing service!!! They came out within a couple hours and found it was not my unit. It was the FPL box. Called FPL, and they gave me a three day maximum before they come.
Johnny on the spot - had an A/C issue, called PrimeTime - they were at my house within the hour. Raciel assessed the problem, clearly explained what was going on and fixed it. We are are cool and comfortable again. Thank you for rapid and very professional service.
The technician was on time and told us exactly what he was going to do. He gave us two options. We have used this company for several years and they are great.
We have used Prime Time Cooling for AC repair and maintenance. Always prompt, friendly, and professional. Recently we came home from a trip to find AC not working. Prime Time came out the next day, diagnosed the problem within minutes and repaired it just as quickly. Highly recommend!

3 days without a/c and I knew it was the compressor since the fan wasn't spinning. Service finished in about 25 minutes...a lizard had gotten into the compasitor and shorted it out. They also checked out the rest of our unit, inside and out. All was good. Lizards getting in was uncommon, but does happen. Florida life....lizards :(
Compressor had not been working properly and shut off. We called Prime Time Cooling (this is the company we purchased the A/C unit and compressor from in 2019, an Amana). We called them Sunday and Tuesday morning two repairmen arrived. They were in and out within 30 minutes. It seems a lizard got caught in the compressor and shut the entire system down! All is well and I highly recommend this company for your A/C needs!

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Very efficient, very professional, very knowledgeable, very respectful, very thorough and very hard workers! Lately I was becoming extremely concerned about an issue with my air conditioning unit (which was over 20 years old) and a friend recommended Primetime Cooling to me. When I called them I was thrilled that they were able to come out the very next morning to assess the situation. Raciel, the service manager, was very informative and I felt like he opened up a whole new world to me with a better understanding of the AC unit, and any questions I had, he was able to answer! It was obvious I needed a new unit, and Raciel coordinated everything to set up for installation. Over the weekend, my old unit started acting up again, when I called him, he walked me through some steps to take in the meantime. Thankfully the new unit was installed in just a few days! From start to finish, my experience with Prime Time Cooling was great and I couldn’t be happier ! My husband always said… “ It’s not the Company that makes the man, it’s the man that makes the Company” … he was right! Raciel, Glenn and Julio, You represent Primetime Cooling in such a positive and professional manner! I can’t thank you enough for the excellent work you all did yesterday with the duct cleaning and installation of my new AC unit. I feel so much happier and safer now! I called Prime Time Cooling because the AC wasn’t working. They came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. Now we’re cool again! I would highly recommend them!

AC wasn't running, came in, checked it out let us know what the issue is, electrical, so they couldn't take care of it. But told me what I needed to do step by step.
Excellent! I found these guys through the Thumbtack webpage. They were the first to respond and answered all my questions almost immediately including pricing. They showed up exactly at the time scheduled, worked fast, professionally and explained each step of the way. Needless to say, I highly recommend them. 8/27/21 The blower motor module broke and the entire motor needed replacement. I only had to wait for the warranty replacement to arrive. As usual, the service was fast, professional and reasonable pricing. What more can you ask for? These guys are A+. 11/4/22 Another visit.. and as usual, on time and very professional. Issue resolved.
I’ll start by saying the AC unit at this house has been and endless nightmare. From over billing and unnecessary maintenance from a now bankrupt AC company to another putting a 2x3 foot hole in my wall, it’s been 14 years of AC nightmares. I’ve literally spoken to, employed, and fired at least a dozen companies. Some of them are famously named and others are not. None of them provided the kind of service at a reasonable price that Prime Time Cooling has. They’re always on time, and always responsive. They always fix the problem for real, instead of telling me nonsense in order to soak and extra $200 out of me. Today the Rheem I had installed 8 months ago sprung a leak, and they installed an entire new coil in about 2 hours. No charge for parts, labor, service. Done and done. Do yourselves a favor and before you call someone mentioned on the radio.. before you see an ad in the local free paper,,, call Prime Time Cooling. Trust an actual customer with, unfortunately, more experience with local HVAC companies than most.
The team at prime time cooling did a great job installing my new system were very clean and professional and we’re very competitive and honest!!! Would definitely recommend
